15. Dan and Phil Games (2.88M Subs | 305 vids)
Dan and Phil Games was a popular gaming channel on YouTube consisting of Daniel Howell from Danisnotonfire and Phil Lester from Amazingphil. They recently just started posting on this channel again, causing a resurgence of their fans and following!
These videos use millennial humor mixed with Gen Z humor to bring together a wide audience. They are also weird little guys who have a way of making weird things funny! Growing up, I was a really big fan of Dan and Phil, I would spend my days watching their videos and watching other people’s videos about them!
14. Ihascupquake (6.97M followers | 4.9K Vids)
Ihascupquake is a YouTuber that brings nostalgia to many gamers. Her, Markiplier, and Jacksepticeye were among the first YouTubers I’ve ever watched! While she’s not as popular as others, she still holds a place in my heart.Something unique that she brings to her videos is her glam game videos, where she does her makeup inspired by the game she’s going to play. I think it manages to bring two different ends of the gamer spectrum together and also it’s something interesting to watch for a girly gamer.
13. Fooster (1.07M subs | 830 vids)
Fooster is a YouTuber that plays mostly horror games such as Lethal Company and Sunkenland. I didn’t start watching him until recently but his videos are so good I can’t stop watching.He’s an amazing narrator and a faceless YouTuber, which is an important combination and I think he deserves more than 1 million subscribers.
12. 8bitryan (3.86M Subs | 2.5K Vids)
Coming in hot at number 12, 8bitryan is honestly underrated in terms of YouTubers. He plays a variety of games from horror games to rhythm games and is genuinely entertaining. I love watching him for his unhinged opinions, such as Music Man being the scariest animatronic, and his humorous commentary, I think more people should watch him.
11. Kubzscouts (5.24M Subs | 2.4K vids)
Kubzscouts is fun to watch YouTuber which is why he made it at number 11 on this list. He plays various kinds of games, from Roblox games to grainy horror games.I like his content as he is loud and humorous! He never fails to make me laugh and his videos are super fun to watch.
10. Markiplier (36M subs | 5.5K vids)
Markiplier was the first Let's Play channel I ever watched. I watched him play the game Mad Father and I haven’t been normal since. Markiplier, alongside Jacksepticeye, Pewdiepie, and Cryaotic was a pretty popular YouTuber when I was growing up.
Markiplier belongs on this list for several reasons, his 36 million subscribers being one of them. He has a way of entertaining his viewers with his loud and dramatic humor!
9. Hollowpoiint (4.63M subs | 6.2k Vids)
Hollowpoiint is a YouTuber that I never thought I would end up liking, just because the type of games he plays aren’t usually my speed, but I ended up enjoying his content.He explains his thought process and walkthroughs well and it also works as background noise if you want to get stuff done! 8. GTlive (3.38M subs | 1.3K vids)
At number eight we have GTlive, also known as Game Theory, Style Theory, Film Theory, etc. Universally known as MatPat. MatPat is mostly known for his Five Nights At Freddy’s playthroughs and theories.
While I’m not the biggest fan of the way he plays things, since he has a more ‘explore everything now, play the actual game later’ style, it tends to make me impatient. But I do enjoy his commentary!
7. Splattercatgaming (859K subs | 7.6K vids)
At number seven on this list we have Splattercatgaming, who is a super underrated YouTuber that I honestly didn’t discover until recently. He makes impression videos for indie games, which is awesome.I think the whole premise of his channel is unique, I admire him for taking the time to try to uplift independent game developers and introduce his subscribers to new and fun games!
6. Jacksepticeye (30.5M subs | 5.1K vids)
Jacksepticeye is by far one of the best gaming channels on YouTube! He was one of the first YouTubers I ever started watching. He’s a kind soul and always promotes a positive mental attitude. Something unique he brings to the table is the fact that he gets the opportunity to voice act in several different horror games, such as Bendy and The Ink Machine, Murder House, and Poppy Playtime! It’s always a delight when I hear his voice in a game.
5. Berleezy (2.44M subs | 1K vids)
Berleezy is hands down one of my favorite YouTubers and he’s really fun to watch. He plays a variety of games from multiplayer games like Among Us to horror games such as Ironbark Lookout.
He brings a unique vibe to YouTube with his storyteller-like commentary and his voice acting skills, although I don’t think he’s gotten to do any voice acting in any games yet! (psst, game devs you should totally reach out to him). He’s got a perfect sense of humor and has never failed to make me laugh.
4. Dashiegames (6.65M subs | 3.1K vids)
Dashiegames is another one of my favorite YouTubers that belongs on this list. I mostly watch him play various horror games, but I also watch him play games like Super Mario Bros and Among Us. He is described as a comedy gaming channel who uses many swear words. He often collaborates with CoryxKenshin and Berleezy, who also happen to be among my favorite YouTubers!
3. Letsplay (3.56M subs | 4K vids)
Coming in at number three on this list, Letsplay is a group channel comprised of members of a podcast called The F**kface podcast and is pretty hilarious. I love to see people having fun together playing or reacting to a game.
Being a multiplayer YouTube channel is unique on its own, but they’re also a faceless account which makes sense, most podcasts are faceless too.
2. CoryxKenshin (17.6M subs | 1.6K vids)
CoryxKenshin is a pretty popular YouTuber known for playing different horror games and his video series such as SpookyScarySunday, where he reacts to scary videos. He is one of the few YouTubers to get a cameo in the Five Nights At Freddy’s movie! CoryxKenshin is a no-swearing, family-friendly YouTuber, with videos to watch for all ages. My favorite part of his videos is all of the freestyle raps he tries to do with whatever music the game is playing.
1. Manlybadasshero (1.81M subs | 2.8K vids)
At number one, I have Manlybadasshero. He might have the least amount of subscribers on this list but I think that’s exactly why he deserves to be first. He’s possibly the only faceless YouTuber who hasn’t let me down.
His videos already bring something unique to the table as he is a faceless YouTuber but his commentary is also very unique. I like to watch his content when I need a change of pace.
