5. Rampage // R-99

An extremely underrated gun in Apex Legends right now has to be the Rampage LMG. It's a fantastic gun that not many people are using, but Rampart can take full advantage of it. Not only does Rampart give this thing an even larger magazine, but she also gives it a quicker reload.

The Rampage is a gun that can destroy enemies once charged up with a thermite grenade, which means Rampart makes it ten times better.

Rampart loves to play around her walls, so using this gun behind them will give it more damage. However, you need a close-range gun to play around her walls in tough fights. That's where the R-99 comes in as it kills even quicker with Rampart thanks to her damage-boosted walls.

4. Sentinel // Alternator

Another underrated gun in Apex Legends Season 18 has to be the Sentinel. In the same vein as the Rampage though, Rampart can make this gun even stronger. Ever since the Kraber got nerfed a few seasons back, people have been looking for that near one-shot sniper rifle. The Kraber is still great, but not as easily accessible as the Sentinel.

In the hands of Rampart, a cell-charged Sentinel can do an insane amount of damage through her Amped Cover. This makes her the perfect sniper legend, Vantage. Her follow-up gun in this situation should be the Alternator as it can cover longer ranges as well, which is great if the Sentinel runs out of Ammo or cells to boost it up.

• Finally, using the Sentinel to break shields from a distance and then putting the pressure on Sheila is a great game plan that can work well in Ranked.

3. R-99 // Peacekeeper

A classic combination is up next, and one that does super well even on Legends like Rampart. Though Rampart can sit back and shoot through her walls, the most fun part of this legend comes from tense close-range fights. Moving around your walls, playing near doors and using the walls for movement is extremely fun, which is where this next set-up comes in.

If you want a close-range set up, then nothing is better than the R-99 and Peacekeeper combination. Not only does this set-up work with most legends, but it does even better on Rampart thanks to her Amped Cover.

You can use the cover to peek whenever you want and bait enemy shots. Rampart can also use the R-99 to beam through her walls and kill enemies quicker than anyone else wielding this insane SMG.

• She amplifies this loadout thanks to her Amped Walls, Shiela for taking outdoors and her cover for easy super glides.

2. Hemlock // Peacekeeper

One of the best loadouts this season has to be the Hemlock and Peacekeeper. We have already said the praises of the Peacekeeper, but it also has the Disruptor Rounds Hop Up this season. This allows it to deal more damage to shielded targets, which is insane, to say the least.

Combine this with the crazy long-range and low recoil of the Hemlock for an extremely well-rounded set up on any legend

However, Rampart takes this to another level as you have two things with this legend that make everything better. One is the Amped Cover, allowing these guns to deal more damage, especially that Hemlock from range.

Another is Sheila, meaning you have a pocket CAR SMG but better at all times. This means you can use the Hemlock for range, PK for close and then Sheila for medium. It's such a great set-up, you should check it out.

1. Alternator // Peacekeeper

The best loadout in the game right now is by far the Alternator and Peacekeeper combination. The Alternator is the best all-around SMG in the game, boasting low recoil, amazing damage and a great magazine size.

The Peacekeeper is a fantastic close-range beast and both guns now have access to the Disruptor Rounds Hop-Up.

What makes these guns even better on Rampart is her wall playstyle. You can either sit behind her walls to deal more damage or use them as movement and cover to outplay your opponent in close range.

Sheila is the long-range gun of this loadout as well, meaning you can use the Alternator and Peacekeeper to shine in medium and close-range engagements
