Taking the number one position on our countdown of movies every Starcraft player should view is none other than the 1997 film Starship Troopers.

This movie captured humanity's struggle against a foreign invader in a nearly perfectly synchronized method as that seen in the Starcraft universe.

Taking the fights against the bugs, aka the Zerg swarm in StarCraft, mankind seeks the eradication of their adversaries on several battlefields. Being vastly outnumbered and having nothing more than one another to depend on, this film easily takes the prize in our countdown.

If you are an avid StarCraft player or serious enthusiast, this film will surely animate the struggle which you constantly read about or live through in your daily battle net skirmishes.

For any fans of the Starcraft universe or movie critics alike, if you feel some movies should have made it into our top ten countdown feel free to mention them.
