Players experience what it is like to make tough choices. The game is set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland and the world is an unfair and disgusting place. Players have to survive no matter what it takes. If you want to save one of your allies you will have to sacrifice your strength, by cutting of your limbs or in some other inhuman way.

The game is the most brutal side scrolling RPG ever. LISA visually exhibits a lot of inhuman tortures and sacrifices that affect the player’s stats. The only aim, is to survive!
