Set in an alternate universe in 1960, you play as William B.J. Blazkowic. In this timeline the Nazis are technologically more advanced thanks to ancient alien artifacts, thus beating the Allies and winning the war. You join the resistance in order to defeat the Nazis and there evil leader General Wilhelm "Deathshead" Strasse. The fate of the free world is in your hands.

In a parallel universe where the Nazis have won the war, you play a resistance fighter, who wants to put a stop to the Third Reich. This game is a fast-paced, old-school shooter with modern graphics and improved gameplay mechanics.

In most of the missions, you can choose between using stealth to complete the mission undetected or you can dual wield machine guns and mow down everything in your sight.
