Pathologic 2 Gameplay

You are the only sane person in this RPG survival game. As a doctor, you'll need to save what’s left of the town from an aggressive plague.

In only 12 days, you must solve the mystery of who or what was responsible for the disease, as well as the destruction of society. Gain allies, stay alive and build a reputation with the townsfolk, in this reworking of the 2005 Russian game.

Use the autopsy feature to examine corpses to check for infection. Resource management plays an important part in succeeding in the game, so keep that in check!
