Deciding to write about games was a choice Peter made, but the gaming life chose him back in 2001 on his fifth birthday where he got his first gaming console: the Nintendo 64. Bundled up with Kirby, Rocket Robot and NBA Jam 2000 (and loads of others that escape fleeting memory) he was thrown into the life. Going from handhelds like Gameboy and GB Advance, to Gamecube, to PC Gaming, then stopping at Xbox and playing across every genre, there's nothing he can't tackle.
Peter's current fixation is 2k20, grinding out MyPlayer and MyTeam, and he's always on the look out for the next RPG he can get lost in. This part of his life mixed with his skill and passion of writing makes sense. A storyteller himself, a lover of Shakespeare and Rumi, and a cinema fanatic, the gaming world is akin to those passions; seeing lives set in extraordinary circumstances and getting to be a part of how they live is enthralling.
Being a writer, trained in journalism and a poet by nature, deciding to apply his aptitude for creative observation to gaming was a perfect fit.
