Ever since he was a young child, Ryan has been a passionate and insatiable gamer. He started with long days at his grandmother's stomping Goombas in Super Mario Brothers, and went on to lead the Protoss to victory in Starcraft. Soon, he threw himself into the digital worlds provided by video games, and made dozens of wonderful and creative friends like him along the way. He built himself a powerful computer, spent countless tax returns on the latest consoles, and bought a Nintendo Switch, which tends to eat up most of his free time. These days, when he's not writing about his favorite games, Ryan can be found saving the world from terrorists in Rainbow Six Siege, setting up miniature turrets in Overwatch, or slaying Skaven by the thousands in Vermintide II.

Ryan Anzaldi is an expert creative writer and journalist from Southern Maine, where he spends his days gaming, and hanging out with his cat, Navi (who lives up to her mystical fairy namesake).
