Scott is a published creative writing author. He enjoys writing fictional stories, and developed a love for dark humor, fantasy, and fiction through his time studying sociology at the University of Michigan. He was nominated to appear in a live reading of his work, which was attended by U of M professors, students, and other faculty. While the sport genre of gaming is Scott's area of expertise, he loves other genres like RPG, FPS, and Story-Driven single player games. He has been gaming for 20 years, accomplishing high ranks in games like Overwatch, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, and NHL. Scott has made it a point to include writing about games in his professional work as a teacher. He has developed curriculum that promotes gaming and entertainment, which his students have thrived under.
