To have the upper hand against the Castillo’s army you will need a good arsenal from the very beginning, so here are the best weapons that you can get early in the game:
5. El General

The El General has one characteristic that sets it apart from other early weapons: it comes with Blast Rounds, which make it extremely effective on vehicles, except helicopters owing to their poor aim. Blast Rounds aren't available until later in the game. therefore, is very powerful against vehicles.
How to get:
Located in the FND Munitions Storage, one of the locations you could visit to find and kill Comandante Rosario as part of the “Fuel the Revolution” Mission.
4. Viva Libertad

In Far Cry 6, the Viva Libertad assault weapon comes with Soft-Target Rounds Ammo Upgrade and a Resolver Laser Pointer. Soft-Target Rounds are very effective against Yaran Soldiers without armor, as well as normal and predator animals. Soft-Target Rounds are ineffective against Yaran Soldiers wearing armor or driving vehicles. Viva Libertad! may be used to hip-fire at close range with greater precision than its standard equivalent using the Resolver Laser Pointer.
How to get:
The Viva Libertad rifle can be found in the home near the Punto Norte Lighthouse. Simply enter the home through the front entrance and look to your right for the Crocodile Crate.
3. Humidora

Humidora is the greatest of the Far Cry 6 Unique Shotguns for an aggressive playstyle. At close range, its incendiary bullets cause the most damage. It is also helpful for destroying cars and checkpoint billboards.
However, in Far Cry 6, you cannot customize weapon blueprints and so cannot equip it with a suppressor. Despite this, the Humidora performs admirably.
How to get:
The Humidora is situated atop Corto Cay's lighthouse. After eliminating the local foes, proceed to the lighthouse's front entrance and gaze aloft to see a Grapple Point.
Climb halfway up, then follow the wooden planks. Turn around at the finish and look up for another Grapple Point to reach the summit. The weapon may be found in the Crocodile Chest near the entryway.
2. Autocrat Pistol

The Autocrat is an upgrade over the standard PMM pistol, with no downsides other than the inability to modify its mod loadout, like with other Unique Weapons. It has far more range and does significantly more damage. Its modifications ignore how difficult it is to shoot headshots with it, instead of focusing on body damage when aiming.
How to get:
In Fort Quito's basement: you will get here by swimming in through the cave entrance near the piers to the north of the fort, or by going down a ladder on the ground level on the east side of the fort.
You'll discover a caged storage space, but the door is locked. As stated in the notice, there is a hole in the fence through which you can enter. Head to the right of the entrance and around the corner to discover a section of the fence that has been blocked with wood: slice it with your Machete, then Crouch to slip through the hole. Check the shelves along the right wall for a Crocodile Chest containing this weapon.
