Marie started her fascination with creative writing at the age of twelve, and hasn't stopped writing since! From poems, to essays, to short stories, she wrote her way through school and college, becoming a fan of fiction and analyzing the stories she read. She soon began editing her college's literary journal, having her poems featured in an art exhibition alongside paintings, and even published her own dark fantasy novel, along with three poetry collections, under a psuedonym. Marie's passion for gaming remained on her side since she started playing classic Nintendo platforming games as early as 2000, and soon developed a strong love for open-world survival and crafting games. She combined her loves of writing and gaming by using her expertise in literary analysis to pick apart and analyze several aspects of her favorite games, cementing why they remain her favorites.
