Hey fellow gamers, I’m TheTortieDragon! But you can refer to me as Tortie. I am a writer and jack-of-all-trades artist who grew up on video games, my favorites being fantasy RPGs. My platforms of choice—as retro as they sound—are console (PS2), handheld (Nintendo DSi and 3DS, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advance SP, and PSP 5000), and mobile (iOS). I am currently keeping up with the following games:

I have also played a few Final Fantasy games, but never finished them (too difficult for me, but I make a point of researching and exploring each game that I back out of to understand it better and get the rest of the story). I have no interest in video games with a strong presence of violence, language and gore, but a bit of fantasy violence and mild language and I’m all for it. I prefer playing with animal-like characters or at least using magic and picking up a sword. I’m still waiting for an epic console or handheld game centered around corgis or dragons alone.
