Remember Tim Schafer from Monkey Island? Well he's back, and this time he's got some of his famous buddies to help him out.

Featuring the voice acting talents of some of the biggest names in rock and roll, Brutal Legend tells the story of world renowned roadie Eddie Riggs, and his truly metal journey to save the fate of music everywhere from the evil Doviculus and the Tainted Coil. After being crushed by stage scenery working a gig, Eddie’s belt buckle turns out to be a mystical amulet, and transports him to a world inspired by the artwork of heavy metal albums. Turns out you might just be the chosen hero of prophecy, and now it’s up to you to overcome the forces of evil and save your mom. The story plays out just like a Jack Black movie (think Tenacious D), and never stops providing the laughs as you and Jack fight your way through hordes of enemies as you make friends along the way. Saddle up your hot rod, it’s time to rock!
