Hailing from a small suburban town just outside of Reading, Charles Z. Baltz has dedicated his life to the vast canvas that is the video game industry. Since he was a boy of eight playing ‘The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker’ on the gamecube in his parent's basement, Charles has held an incredible passion for all content that are video games. Nothing has captivated this young boys mind like those ocean waves he first journeyed on as the hero Link. During his time at college, he served as the PR/Advertiser for W.O.G.A. (Wildcat Online Game Association). His favorite game genres include RPG’s, MOBA’s, and Horror. The Horror genre has always titillated his mind so he developed a dream to one day create a horror game that revolutionizes the genre. Some of his favorite games include ‘The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker’, ‘League of Legends’, and ‘Resident Evil 4’. Any day of the week Charles could sit down and discuss about the video game industry so it is only natural that he pours his heart onto the pages of this website. He is an Intermediate Game Developer with more than four years of experience. Currently, he is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Game Programming at Pennsylvania College of Technology. He is proficient in a wide array of programming languages such as C#, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, ect. Other notable skills of his include 3D modeling, Database Development, and Web Development. Some software he has experience with Include Unity2D-3D, Game Maker Studio, Blender3D, PhotoShop, MySQL, ect.
