Over the years I have amassed leagues of knowledge in the field of gaming. Not just playing but studying to understand how they are made and the intricacies of the craft. I have been a nerd and geek for as long as I can remember. I still remember playing Star Wars Battlefront for hours as a child on my first console system the PS2. Games were an escape for me. What I think I fell in love with the most was the story telling and getting lost in the adventure for hours on end. As I have aged though I have also found a desire for the RTS genre of games like Europa Universalis IV and the Total War series. They reward that side of me that wants to improve and feel like a tactical genius. I have studied games for years now and love to delve into the nitty gritty of how they tic. Also understanding why they succeed and fail is something that has always fascinated me. I have worked hard to become a journalist and cover gaming as a whole spanning multiple genres and titles.
