The Gold-Plated Baseball Bat is an iconic two-handed club that belongs to Denny, the ex-drummer of Samurai. It has a high chance to apply Bleeding to targets, which does extra damage over time. It’s considered a non-lethal weapon, but it does do a lot of physical damage. It also has a melee mod slot for additional upgrading.

How To Get Gold-Plated Baseball Bat:
The Gold-Plated Baseball Bat can be found after the Second Conflict quest. Denny tosses it into her pool filled with cement after fighting with Henry.
14. Crash
River kindly gives you his gun, Crash, in his final quest Follow The River.
Crash stats:
- 248-304 Damage
- 1.21 Attacks Per Second
- +174-213 Physical Damage
- +140.60% Crit Damage
- 0.50 Charge Time
- +5% Bleeding Chance
- 4 Headshot Damage Multiplier
“A weapon for someone who won’t miss the first time.”
Crash is an iconic power revolver and is the signature weapon of River Ward. This gun has several perks, including increased Crit Damage, increased chance to inflict Bleeding to targets, and a fast charge time that enables a full auto mode while aiming. Crash also has several slots for even more upgrades; 1x scope slot, 1x muzzle slot, and 2x mod slots.
What Crash Excels In:
- Charging for a brief time while aiming enables a full auto mode
- Bullets can ricochet off surfaces since this is a Power weapon
- Deals increased Crit Damage
- Has multiple slots for additional upgrades
How To Get Crash:
Crash is given to V by River on top of the water tower during the Following the River quest.
13. Kongou
One of the few things Yorinobu Arasaka has going for him is his taste in weapons, as seen here with the Kongou.
Kongou stats:
- 32-39 Damage
- 3.56 Attacks Per Second
- +150% Headshot Damage Multiplier
“The iron packed by Yorinobu Arasaka during his troubled youth. As beautiful as it is deadly.”
Kongou is an iconic power pistol owned by Yorinobu Arasaka. It’s a black and magenta engraved version of the Liberty, and can be obtained during The Heist quest. The main advantage to this weapon is the ability to use the ricochet technology even without the required cyberware installed on V, but there’s also a significant multiplier to headshot damage. I didn’t stumble across this weapon until my second playthrough of Cyberpunk, because it’s easy to miss when you’re focused on the quest at hand. This is another one that has great aesthetics, but also has reduced recoil and an increased fire rate.
Kongou allows V to use ricochet tech without the Ballistic Coprocessor cyberware, which is usually necessary for technology like this. This is helpful in that you don’t need to purchase any additional cyberware to use it. This gun also has a scope slot, muzzle slot, and mod slot for extra upgrades.
What Kongou Excels In:
- Increased fire rate
- Ability to use ricochet bullets without Ballistic Coprocessor cyberware
- Significant headshot damage multiplier
How To Get Kongou:
Kongou can be found in Yorinobou’s room at Konpeki plaza on his bedside table during The Heist quest. It can first be spotted in Evelyn’s brain dance, and it will be in the same spot later in the quest when you enter the room with Jackie.
12. Chaos
Chaos is a gun as unstable as Royce seems to be.

- 26-32 Damage
- 3.85 Attacks Per Second
- +18-23 Chemical Damage
- +48-54% Crit Chance
- 1.50 Charge Time
- 1.26 Charge Multiplier
- +34.89% Poison Chance
- 1.20 Headshot Damage Multiplier
"A weapon that's easy to fall in love with, but difficult to trust."
Chaos is an iconic Tech Pistol owned by Royce, the leader of the Maelstrom gang. It’s a red-painted variant of the Arasaka JKE-X2 Kenshin, with the Maelstrom decal on the side. As the description says, this weapon is difficult to trust due to the crit chance, damage type, and status effect being randomized after each reload. But this can also be considered an advantage, since every time the player reloads it’s like using a different gun. Chaos also has 1x scope slot and 1x mod slot.
What Chaos Excels In:
- As a tech weapon, it can be charged to release a powerful shot
- A chance to apply different kinds of status effects each time you reload
- Increased chance for critical hits
- Chance to inflict Poison to targets
- Inflicts Chemical Damage
How To Get Chaos:
Chaos can be found during The Pickup quest if the player decides to kill Royce and loot his body.
11. Fenrir
Fenrir will burn your enemies as red as the color of its paint.
Fenrir stats:
- 16-19 Damage
- 6.90 Attacks Per Second
- +12-14 Thermal Damage
- +6-46% Crit Chance
- +13% Burn Chance
- 0.85 Headshot Damage Multiplier

Fenrir is an iconic Power Submachine Gun. It’s a red-painted version of the M221 Saratoga, and has the Maelstrom logo on the side. This weapon has a modifier that changes damage type to Thermal, increases the amount of damage, and has a chance to apply Burn to targets. There’s also a reduction to bullet spread and increase in bullet impact. Fenrir has all of these perks for just the cost of a higher recoil. It also has 1 scope slot, muzzle slot, and mod slot.
What Fenrir Excels In:
- Inflicts Thermal Damage
- Increased chance to apply Burn to targets, which does more damage over time
- Reduced bullet spread
- Increased bullet impact which gives a higher chance to dismember enemies
How To Get Fenrir:
Fenrir can be found on a table in the room where you save the monk in the Sacrum Profanum/Losing My Religion side mission.
10. O’Five
The O'Five is a pretty good reward for beating Buck Arnold during the Beat On The Brat side mission.
O’Five stats:
- 998-1220 Damage
- 0.26 Attacks Per Second
- +702-858 Damage
- 42.44% Crit Chance
- 6% Burn Chance
- 4.6 Headshot Damage Multiplier

O’Five is an iconic Power Sniper Rifle that is the signature weapon of Buck Arnold, one of the opponents in the Beat on the Brat side quest. This powerful gun add’s explosive tips to weapon ammo, causing enemies to light on fire when hit. If a player has multiple targets burning at once, O’Five will reward a higher Crit Chance and Reload speed. O’Five also comes with a unique scope that requires the player to have a Body level of 20 in order to equip it. In addition to the scope, this gun also has 2x empty mod slots.
What O’Five Excels In:
- Inflicts Thermal Damage
- Has increased headshot damage
- Explosive tipped ammo that lights enemies on fire
- Chance to inflict targets with Burn
How To Get O’Five:
The O’Five can be won by beating Buck Arnold during the Beat on the Brat: Arroyo side quest if the player chooses to bet his weapon during the dialogue before the fight.
9. Divided We Stand
Divided We Stand: for those who really want to show off their American pride.
Divided We Stand stats:
- 23-28 Damage
- 6 Attacks Per Second
- +17-20 Electrical Damage
“Be a patriot. Express your support for the Second Amendment."
Divided We Stand is an iconic Smart Assault Rifle with the New United States flag painted on the magazine. Since this is a Smart weapon, as long as the player has the Smart Link cyberware installed, they’ll be able to target up to 5 enemies at the same time. Bullets will do Chemical damage, and Divided We Stand offers a chance to apply Poison to targets as well. This gun also has 1x empty mod slot.
What Divided We Stand Excels In:
- Chance to inflict poison to enemies which does additional damage over time
- Bullets deal Chemical Damage
- Inflicts Electrical Damage
- High chance to apply Poison
- Can target up to 5 enemies at once with Smart Link cyberware installed
How To Get Divided We Stand:
Divided We Stand can be obtained by beating Walker’s score in the Stadium Love mission, or the player can choose to fight the 6th street members and take the gun that way.
8. Cottonmouth
Let's be honest, FIngers deserved to have this weapon stolen from him.
Cottonmouth stats:
- 163 Damage
- 2.48 Attacks Per Second
- +34-42 Electrical Damage
- +34-42 Chemical Damage
- -4.50% Stamina Cost Reduction While Attacking
- +10% Crit Damage
- +25% Poison Chance
- -10% Shock Chance
“Many are quick to underestimate people who use a cane. Use that.”
Cottonmouth is an iconic one-handed club that belongs to a ripperdoc on Jig Jig street named Fingers. It deals electrical and chemical damage, and also has a small chance to deal poison or shock to enemies. This weapon has unique aesthetics, being shaped like a walking cane with a snake’s head as the cane’s handle. Cottonmouth also includes a melee mod slot.
Cottonmouth has a 4.50% reduction to stamina cost while attacking, and saving stamina is a great perk for any weapon. This weapon also does electrical and chemical damage, as well as a chance for poison and shock which can deal extra damage over time.
What Cottonmouth Excels In:
- Cottonmouth is a Blunt Weapon, which is described as: “May not be lethal, but your enemies will wish it was.”
- Reduces stamina cost while attacking by 4.50%
- Chance to inflict poison/shock to enemies which does additional damage over time
How To Get Cottonmouth:
Cottonmouth can be found during The Space In Between quest, in the ripperdoc Fingers’ room on his coffee table.
7. Skippy
Skippy stats:
- 36-44 Damage
- 4.55 Attacks Per Second
- 7-8 Chemical Damage
- 4% Crit Damage
- +6% Poison Chance
- 150% Headshot Damage Multiplier
“A smartgun with a unique voice-user interface. Slightly unpredictable.”
Skippy is an iconic Smart Pistol with an interface that talks to you. Upon speaking to Skippy the first time, you’ll have the choice between 2 modes: Puppy-Loving Pacifist or Stone Cold Killer. Puppy-Loving Pacifist puts the gun in limbs-only mode, while Stone Cold Killer puts it in headshot-only mode. Skippy also has 2x mod slots for additional upgrades. While this is a great Smart Weapon, I also got a lot of enjoyment out of a talking gun that is sometimes a little unpredictable. The gun is known to shoot by itself on occasion, but that’s all part of the fun!
What Skippy Excels In:
- Has the choice to make it lethal or non-lethal
- Since it’s a smart weapon, it hones in on its targets
- Increases damage done from critical hits
- Multiplies damage done from headshots
How To Get Skippy:
Skippy can be found in an alley in Vista del Rey, Heywood. If you fast travel to the College St. metro station, there will be a side mission question mark South of there on your map. Climb over the gate at the location and there will be a dead body next to an open briefcase containing Skippy.
6. Apparition
No apparitions here. This gun is the real deal.

- 78-96 Damage
- 3.57 Attacks Per Second
- +55-67 Physical Damage
- +16.60% Crit Chance
- 1.19 Charge Time
- 1.10 Charge Multiplier
- +6% Bleeding Chance
- 1.20 Headshot Damage Multiplier

Apparition is an iconic Tech Pistol that belongs to Frank Nostra, a coworker of V’s if the player chooses the Corpo path. It’s a maroon variant of the JKE-X2 Kenshin. This gun boosts your Crit Chance, fire rate, reload speed, and damage when V’s health is at a critical level (below 20%). Shots can also be charged to deal double the damage. Apparition has 1x scope slot and 2x mod slots for additional upgrades.
What Apparition Excels In:
- Can be charged to deal double damage
- Monitors the user’s health, and increases Crit Chance, fire rate, reload speed, and damage when health is critical (below 20%)
- Chance to inflict Bleeding to enemies which does additional damage over time
How To Get Apparition:
Apparition is dropped by Frank Nostra during the War Pigs side mission if the player decides to kill him and loot his body.
5. Lizzie
Lizzie stats:
- 12-15 Damage
- 17.00 Attacks Per Second
- +10-12 Thermal Damage
- 1.80 Charge Time
- 1.32 Charge Multiplier
- +18% Burn Chance
- 1.20 Headshot Damage Multiplier

Lizzie is an iconic tech pistol that can be found during the Automatic Love quest. Not only is it an effective weapon for dealing damage, but it also has a fun aesthetic with its pink color and Mox sticker on the grip. There is also a scope slot and a mod slot, which allows for additional upgrades. The Lizzie has been one of my favorite guns since my very first playthrough of Cyberpunk 2077. I love the way it looks, but this little pistol also packs a punch.
Lizzie is a useful weapon to have throughout all of Cyberpunk 2077. It fires an extra round every time you shoot, and when fully charged, increases the number of rounds fired per shot. There’s also a chance to burn your enemies, as well as a headshot damage multiplier.
What Lizzie Excels In:
- Fires an extra round per shot, doing more damage
- Chance to inflict burn on enemies which does additional damage over time
- Can be charged quickly to release a powerful shot
- Multiplies damage done from headshots
How to get Lizzie:
The Lizzie pistol is found in Lizzie’s Bar after speaking to Judy during the Automatic Love quest. It will be lying on a table outside her room.
4. Overwatch
Panam rewards V with the Overwatch sniper as a reward for saving her friend Saul. Seems like a pretty good trade-off.
Overwatch stats:
- 1026-1254 Damage
- 0.3 Attacks Per Second
- +741-906 Physical Damage
- +40.89% Crit Chance
- 108.26% Crit Damage
- +54.35 Bonus Ricochet Damage
- +10% Bleeding Chance
- 2.10 Headshot Damage Multiplier
"A sniper rifle that belonged to Panam. Increased reload speed and lethal accuracy - a rifle you can count on."
Overwatch is an iconic Power Sniper Rifle with increased reload speed and a custom silencer. Any amount of quicker reload on a sniper rifle is a great perk to have, and this sniper also has increased Crit Chance, Crit Damage, and does a high amount of physical damage with each shot. It also has 1x scope slot and 4x mod slots for additional upgrades.
What Overwatch Excels In:
- Chance to inflict Bleeding to enemies which does additional damage over time
- Has increased reload speed
- Since this is a Power weapon, bullets can ricochet off surfaces
- Has bonus ricochet damage
- Does a high amount of physical damage
How To Get Overwatch:
Overwatch is gifted to V by Panam as a reward for saving Saul during the Riders on the Storm quest. It can also be given after finishing the game if the player follows the Star ending.
3. Jinchu-Maru
Jinchu-Maru is for those players who like to go after enemies twice their size (and health).
Jinchu-Maru stats:
- 111 Damage
- 4.80 Attacks Per Second
- 100% Crit Chance while Kerenzikov is active
“The purest essence of a katana. No add-ons, no modifications - only razor-sharp steel.”
Jinch-Maru is an iconic black katana that belongs to Sandayu Oda. It increases Crit Chance to 100% when Kerenzikov (the nervous system cyberware) is active. It also doubles the damage done by the last strike in a combo attack, and always does double damage to any enemies that have twice the player’s current health. Jinchu-Maru also has 2x melee mod slots for additional upgrading.
What Jinchu-Maru Excels In:
- Gains 100% Crit Chance when Kerenzikov is active
- Chance to inflict Bleeding to enemies which does additional damage over time
- Does double damage to enemies that have twice V’s health
- Does double damage on the last strike of combo moves
How To Get Jinchu-Maru:
Jinchu-Maru will be dropped by Sandayu Oda after defeating him in the Play It Safe main quest.
2. Mantis Blades
The Mantis Blades are as deadly as they are sleek.
Mantis Blades stats:
- 80-98 Damage
- +43-53 Physical Damage
- 2 Attack Speed
- +10% Bleeding Chance
“Arm blades designed with lethality and concealment in mind. As effective as they are flashy."
Mantis Blades are arguably one of the most unique weapons in Cyberpunk 2077, as it’s not a weapon in the traditional sense - but a cyberware upgrade that can be purchased from ripperdocs all throughout Night City. It will cost eddies (and at least level 20 street cred), but these enhancements to V’s arms deal a lot of damage. Mantis Blades have an unlimited light attack combo, and allow V to leap towards a target for a heavy attack. They can also be used to block blows from enemies.
What Mantis Blades Excel In:
- Chance to leave a status effect on targets depending on the equipped damage type
- Unlimited light attack combo
- Can be used to block blows from enemies
- Allows V to leap forward to deal massive damage to targets
How To Get Mantis Blades:
The Rare, Epic, and Legendary variants of the Mantis Blades can be purchased from different ripperdocs throughout Night City as long as you have the street cred (20 for Rare, 25 for Epic, & 45 for Legendary) and the eddies (12,750 for Rare, 20,450 for Epic, & 35,550 for Legendary).
1. Malorian Arms 3516
Malorian Arms 3516 stats:
- 96-118 Damage
- 2.22 Attacks Per Second
- +68-83 Thermal Damage
- 1.20 Headshot Damage Multiplier
“Custom-made for Johnny Silverhand. The guy had taste.”
The Malorian Arms 3516 is an iconic Power Pistol that once belonged to Johnny Silverhand. Bullets will ricochet off surfaces like a normal Power weapon if fired from the hip, but also can fire through walls when aimed making this gun function as a Tech weapon as well. The typical quick melee found on most pistols is replaced with a short range blast, or fire “breathing” attack, that applies Burn to targets. The Malorian Arms 3516 also has 4x empty mod slots, and applies Thermal damage to enemies.
What Malorian Arms 3516 Excels In:
- Functions as both a Power and Tech weapon, being able to ricochet bullets off surfaces and fire through walls
- Quick melee is a fire “breathing” attack that applies Burn to targets
- Inflicts Thermal Damage
- Headshot damage is multiplied by 1.20
How To Get Malorian Arms 3516:
Malorian Arms 3516 can be taken from Jeremiah Grayson in the Chippin’ In quest.
