Ark: Survival Evolved How To Enable Map Player Location

This is a simple version of how to enable the map player location if you want to know the players’ position on your server. This setting also helps you find your way home and explore the map safely, without worrying about getting lost. First of all, you need to rent a game server from Nitrado. While on Nitrado, choose the “Settings” button from the menu. Disable the Expert Mode from Configuration Mode. Next, you will find a section named “Gameplay”. Search for the word “player” to find the setting you need and tick the box. 

How it works:

• You have to rent your own server 
• Access Nitrado and find the General Settings of your server
• Find “Config Mode” and disable Expert Mode 
• Search for the subhead “Gameplay” in Settings 
• Type in “player” to search for the “Show Players on Map” setting
• Tick the box 
• Restart the server
