Ark: Survival Evolved How To Force Feed

Usually, to ensure a dinosaur’s health you have to feed it by simply putting food items in its inventory. Of course, you have to make sure it’s appropriate food, as you don’t want to give berries to a carnivore. However, there are certain situations, like wanting to keep a creature unconscious for taming, when force-feeding comes in handy. You will want to give the targeted dinosaur narcotics or narcoberries, but as it’s not exactly tasty food, it will refuse. Activate force-feeding by putting the food items in the dinosaur’s inventory and pressing E. 

How it works: 

• Open the creature’s inventory 
• Place the food items in its inventory 
• Press “E” if you are playing on PC or hold R2 if you are playing on PS4
• It’s done
