I picked this wallpaper because it shows Eren versus Annie Leonhart. And more specifically, it was the Female Titan’s arc that got me hooked on Attack on Titan.

All their battles and encounters from the beginning to the end were absolutely mind blowing! For me, it was Eren going crazy on Annie in the Battle of Trost where he showed her who was the boss but nevertheless, the Female Titan made an amazing opponent.

And probably the most interesting arc of AoT for me.

This has always been one of the most spine chilling moments for me!

In this scene, Eren goes through a lot of emotions like helplessness and self-pity which eventually transform into power and aggression. All his life Eren was protected whether it was by his mother or Mikasa - his safety was always prioritized.

The rawness of emotions captured in this image shows that he is done being protected. Eren at this very moment decided to fight back against the Smiling Titan and ended up getting the titan brutally killed.
