For today’s list, we will be covering another call of duty classic that has managed to stay powerful to this day. First introduced in Call of duty 4 Modern Warefare under a different variant name this three-round burst tactical rifle has won the hearts of many, Including me over the years. This list will feature three of the best M16 class builds “ In My opinion” That are worthy of being among the classes you chose for your next match whether it be objective-based or kill-based. With the introduction out of the way, let’s get into it! 

3. “ Close Range, Aggressive/Rushing Build”

Starting off our list, This build’s main focus is being able to rush straight into the enemy and continuing to push forward for your team, Spawn trap, etc. This build prioritizes damage as well as bullet velocity, Aiming down sight time, movement speed, Aiming walking movement speed as well as the sprint to fire time. Ensuring that you are light on your feet throughout the match no matter what action you perform in-game.

Loadout Details:

• Muzzle: Silencer- +100% Muzzle Flash Concealment

This build requires a little more reserve in play than the previous build but still a solid build. As the name suggests this build is built for longer range gunfights, A secondary is recommended when using this setup as this M16, in particular, won’t be as reliable in close range encounters. I recommend the hauer ShotGun as your Secondary for this build as it provides exceptional damage in close ranges. This build however shares the same equipment and perks as they still can facilitate this style of play.

Loadout Details:

• Optic: SUSAT MultiZoom
• Muzzle: Suppressor-+100% Muzzle Flash Concealment
• Barrel: 20.5” Task Force- +14% Damage, +50% Effective Damage Range as well as +50% bullet Velocity
• Handle: Serpent Wrap- + 30% Aim down sight time
• Stock: SAS Combat Stock- +10% Shooting Move speed and +75% Aim walking movement speed.
• Secondary: Hauer 77
• Attachments: This has the highest damage in class so attachments can be made at your discretion. The average player can use this build as is with little to no problem at all
• Equipment: StimShot, C4, and Trophy System
• Perks: Flak jacket, Tactical Mask, Scavenger, Tracker, Ninja, and Ghost.
• WildCard: Perk Greed.

• Muzzle Fash Concealments keeps you hidden from the map even when firing, Perfect for mid to long-range play
• Matched with the muzzle concealment, The boosts to overall damage as well as an effective damage range and bullet velocity make sure you will hit all your shots at longer ranges with little to no drop-off.
• Trophy system allows you to set up shop in any location on the map and be safe from a few Tactical and lethal equipment being thrown your way
• Stock attachment and its boost to movement speed allow you to strafe enemies at mid-range while aiming down sights.

For the last build on our list, we have a build that is an upgrade on the #2 spot on today’s list, A couple of changes to the loadout such as using the gunfighter wildcard instead of perkgreed thus granting the player 8 attachments for their primary weapon. This build takes advantage of this by maximizing range and minimizing recoil for a clean shot at the longest ranges possible. I recommended using a secondary you have a lot of experience in because you will be using it often when moving to different positions on the map and running to a lot more close-range encounters.

• SOF Target Designator -Body
• Underbarrel: SFOD SpeedGrip

• Equipment: Stimshot, Stemtex and Deild mic
• Perks: Flak Jacket, Scavenger, and SpyCraft
• WildCard: GunFighter

What’s great about this loadout?

• Utilizing the GunFighter Perk and its 8 attachment buff, This build makes sure to cover all angels from range to damage and recoil
• The stock attachments add for increased aim movement speed which allows mid-range and long-range players to scan an area more efficiently 
• Scavenger perks make sure you will never run out of ammo at inopportune times
• The STANAG 54 Round makes sure you have the ammo reserves you need to stay in the fight and provide suppressing fire from the back for extended periods.
