The longtime Everton goalkeeper has mostly made his name in the England national side. But despite his inconsistency at the club level, you know he will always bring a big boot and a fiery attitude. Besides kicking, he also has great reflexes in game.

19. Raheem Sterling

Last year's move to Chelsea hasn’t panned out the best for Sterling so far. Pochettino’s takeover created optimism for a new start, but it hasn’t come to fruition yet. One can only wonder how far Sterlings overall will drop next year after being at the top of his game only a few years ago. His pace and dribbling are still his strengths for now.

18. Luke Shaw

Touted as a young starlet, Shaw took a few years to come into his own at Manchester United. Now he is one of the rocks in a shaking United squad, one they missed sorely during his injury this fall. His high passing and defending stats make him a solid option in EA FC 24.

17. Kyle Walker

Since Kyle Walker’s move from Tottenham to Manchester City, his legacy has gone from a good right back to perhaps the best in Premier League history. One of the most consistent starters during Guardiola’s reign, no one seems to be able to win the job from him. His pace remains his strongest stat for you in game.

16. Nick Pope

After a number of solid years at Burnley, Nick Pope has come into stardom at Newcastle. Out performing Pickford at the club level, all he can do is bide his time for an opportunity to prove himself in the England team. In your team, he’ll provide good reflexes and positioning.

15. James Maddison

After Leicester City’s relegation, Madison finally made the jump to a top six side. Early in the year, he looked like the transfer of the summer. Everyone waits for his return from injury to see if his momentum can continue into one of the best number 10’s in the world. His biggest strengths are passing and dribbling.

14. Aaron Ramsdale

Looking like the man to finally usurp Pickford in the England net, Ramsdale has been the victim of unfortunate circumstances this season. David Raya has become the first choice at Arsenal, despite Ramsale doing seemingly nothing wrong. Time will tell Ramsdale’s fate, but for now he’ll give you great kicking and good reflexes.

13. Reece James

Reece James is slowly becoming one of the biggest what if’s in football. Despite impressing every time he steps on a field, his injury problems have continuously kept him out over the years. This is less of a problem on EA FC 24, where he’ll provide good stats in most categories.

12. Fikayo Tomori

The first of a pair of English center backs making their name in Serie A, Tomori is another Chelsea outcast finding stardom at another club. Making it to the Champions League Semi Final last year, Tomori is a straight up physical defender with high pace and defending.

11. Chris Smalling

The other Serie A center back, Smalling made his move a few years ago and has been a mainstay in Roma’s side since. A pure defender, José Mourinho’s style might be the perfect fit for him. Unfortunately, he won’t give you many great stats outside of defending and physicality.

Newcastle’s player of the year last year, Trippier has returned to heights he hasn’t reached since the 2018 World Cup. Always dangerous on crosses and set pieces, Trippier is one of the best offensive right backs in the game. His great passing shows you why.

An on ball defender unrivaled by anyone else in the England side, Stones is a key piece for both club and country. He excels in sides attempting to dominate possession.

5. Jack Grealish

Coming to City with a high price tag creates a lot of pressure. While Grealish isn’t a superstar in the City system, he does his job well. A great dribbler and passer, City wingers aren’t asked to score bags of goals, especially with their rotation. Look for Grealish to provide much more for your team.

An up and down year for Arsenal so far, the jury is still out on how he is handling it. His dribbling and pace are his biggest strengths in game.

His shooting is elite, but don’t ignore his other well rounded stats.
