Tired of the dull settlers with boring lines and the same old looks? Better Settlers is a lore-friendly mod that adds over 240 new settlers to the vanilla settler roster. You can stop there, or go on to OPTIONS to change their equipment, gender ratio, stats, or mortality to be more lore-friendly. There are DLC and non-DLC versions, as well as many other options. 7 . Reestablished Minutemen Castle
This mod restores The Castle and adds two new fully functional settlements: The Castle Tunnels and The General's Quarters. In The Castle Tunnels and The General's Quarters, you have full power radiation, which means that only objects that need to be connected via wire require power to function.

6 . Castle Deep Clean
This mod thoroughly cleans the castle, removing everything from dead shrubs and stains to rubble and Mirelurk junk and repairing the castle walls. It unbricks the windows facing the courtyard and properly bricks up the armory window. It also cleans up the flooring along the courtyard walls.

5 . Castle in the Sky
This mod adds a number of castle-building components to the workshop menu. Over 600 items are available, including animated doors, blocks, and prefabs. There are also several menus that contain other useful items for completing and decorating your castle, such as a fully functional house set, furniture, working doors, decorative elements, defensive blocks, and so on, all of which are provided in a simple to access and then use the menu system, with absolute clarity and labels for each item.

3 . Castle Walls Repaired Ultimate Vanilla Edition
Another full vanilla rebuild of the castle, including the walls, landscape, armory, and entry point. As a result, there are no more loose blocks protruding from repaired walls, and the rubble piles have been removed. The entire area has been re-navmeshed, and all NPCs, including creatures, will travel and roam the area as intended, with no settlers trying to walk through walls or fall through floors.
