Strength is the player’s physical power and resilience. It boosts melee damage, speeds up ladder climbing, improves sporting agility, and reduces damage taken from various sources (including damage to armor). This guide will discuss the top 5 ways to increase your strength.

1. Play sports

There are various sporting activities available in GTA 5. There is tennis, biking, and golf. Completing these activities will slowly increase your strength over time.

You can repeat each event as many times as you want. There is no limit to how many times you can do a specific event.

To find these sports, just look around on the map for a tennis racket icon and a golf club.

To level up your strength with biking, you will need to find one first. You can buy them online or find them near the skate park or at the beach. The most expensive one online is about $10k.

2. Fight!

In this method, all you need to do is melee fight civilians in Los Santos. You can find NPCs all around. Some might even put up a fight.

Just be aware, if you are doing this method and you pick a fight with a biker, all his buddies will come to help him, and this usually ends in a gunfight, so pick your targets wisely.

Also, you would probably get a wanted level from doing this method, and if the cops kill you, then you will lose some money, so if you do get the cops, try to lose them before fighting, otherwise, they will scare away all the NPCs. You can try to fist-fight the cops, but that might not end well.

3. Kick cars

This method only works in GTA Online, and in order to do this, you will need another player and a car. I recommend you use something small, like a coupe or a sedan. Do not use a large vehicle like a tank or a 4x4 like a sandking.

What you need to do is just kick and punch the car while the other player is inside. Do this for about 10-15 minutes and your strength stat should have increased sufficiently.

I recommend that you go to a secluded spot like a quiet parking lot to do this, otherwise you might attract the attention of the cops or maybe even other players.

4. Complete the mission Time To Get Away

This method also only works in GTA Online. To access this mission, click escape, then go to the online tab, go down to the missions, then look for the mission Time To Get Away. You can play this on your own.

For this mission, you need to go to a farm, but instead of doing that, go down to the beach in Los Santos (near the pier) and all you need to do is fight NPCs.

This method works well because you will not get a wanted level from fighting, so you can fight for as long as you want.

5. Use a bus

For this method, you will need to use one of the large buses that are around the city in Los Santos. The bus needs to have a driver inside.

What you need to do is to climb on top of the bus and simply stomp the top of the bus until you have increased your strength stat. Just be careful because the bus driver will freak out and start driving faster, which could lead to you falling off of the bus.

You also have a chance to get a wanted level while doing this method, so just keep that in consideration.
