Item is an enhancement that players can equip in-game, to make your champion stronger. Items you can buy in the shop, which is located in your base where you spawn at the beginning of the game, after you recall, or after you respawn after death. For buying items, you will need gold. The gold you can get with the farm, kills, assists, and destroying objectives. Over the game, every champion can equip 6 items. Most items provide buffs to champions with different types of benefits. They have active and passive spells.Items are divided by quality tiers:

Starter - Starter items are built at the very beginning of the game and are usually not built into higher-tier items.
Basic - These items provide a single stat attribute or special effect
Epic - This type of items gives you additional stats and special effects.
Legendary - Legendary items provide the greatest stats and special effects. They don’t build into any higher-tier items.
Mythic - These items are similar to legendary items. They come up with the greatest stats and special effects. Additionally, they provide stats for completed legendary items. Only one mythic item can be built in a game.
