What are the best builds for Clint?
Clint is often overlooked. Some users do not know the potential that Clint can achieve, especially since there are a lot of overrated marksman heroes out there. However, with the right skill and items, Clint is actually a hero that can keep up with other assassins.
This hero was released in 2016 and specialized in Reap and Burst damage. That means that Clint has the ability to kill enemies on the map that have low HP. With this kind of power, it is only reasonable why Clint has the potential to carry the team and dominate the game.
If you want to find out the greatness present in Clint, read until the end of this article.
Clint Strengths
- Reliable for defense - Clint can easily clear minions due to his skills and basic attacks. In fact, when Clint equips enough items during the game, he can easily sweep out minions in a few seconds.
- Stun - Other than dealing a huge amount of damage, Clint can also stun and immobilize enemies due to his second skill. When this is activated, he will shoot a net in a desired location, jumping back slightly while also dealing physical damage to the enemy that gets hit. This enemy will be immobilized for a few seconds.
- Range - His range is very long and wide that he can actually attack turrets outside of their range. With this, he can easily poke enemies and targets.
Clint Weaknesses
- Squishy - Marksman heroes are already known for being squishy a the early part of the game. With Clint, his weakness is that assassin heroes can easily prey on him. With that, your challenge is how to make sure that Clint has enough equipment build to counter that.
- Requires a lot of mana - Clint’s skills are very mana-dependent. You should also know that without his skills, he may not be that powerful.
- Item-dependent - Since Clint requires a lot of mana, it is only justifiable why he is also item-dependent. During the duration of the game, you can address his mana issues by buying items that can do mana regeneration, such as Endless Battle.
3. Burst Build
Burst Build
Burst damage is a good way to outsmart your opponents. This will help Clint deal a huge amount of damage in such a short span. With that, you should know how to maximize the already-present burst damage of Clint.
Use This Build If…
- You are the main goldlaner of the team - Since Burst build does not incorporate any jungle items, you cannot use this if you are not taking the goldlaner role in the team. Using this build will also enable Clint to be able to level up faster in the gold lane.
- Your team has good synergy and has filled all the roles needed - It is difficult to pull off this role without good support from your team. That is why a good defensive teammate will truly make or break your performance. So it is a must that you use this with the right teammates.
- There is a tank that can support you in the early game - Again, marksman heroes can be slow starters. In order to level up quickly, a guide from the tank is also important from time to time.
The Burst build is mid to late game build, where Clint is at his peak. So you really need to avoid aggressive plays at the start to avoid feeding the enemies.
