Every few months, Mobile Legends typically offers free heroes to obtain. This is perfect if you are a new Mobile Legends player and do not yet have a sizable selection of heroes, as 32,000 BP is very hard to accumulate in a short period of time. 10. Zilong
Only the fearless heart can soar to the heavens.
Another OG hero in the game that is given freely as a daily reward when you first log in to the game. Zilong is one of the best duelists in the game that can win against almost all heroes 1v1. Its skill set allows him to effectively poke its opposition in the laning stage and gain the upper hand to be able to snowball hard heading into the mid to late game.
The son of the dragon has insane damage, attack speed, and DPS damage at full build in the late game allowing him to chase enemies, assassinate them in a matter of seconds, and disengage effectively. Once you see this hero running towards you, prepare 2 things: Wind of Nature and Prayers.

9. Paquito
A firm and righteous champion.
Left jab, right jab, uppercut, Paquito punches its way to victory! This fighter packs a lot of punch as he is our top 2 free hero available this December. Paquito is a fighter-type hero who prides himself on his high burst damage thanks to his combos. He can easily go online once you master his combos, even with only a few items in the early to mid-game.
Paquito offers a lot to the team. He can tank a lot of damage with his 1st skill or prevent enemies from escaping using his ultimate skill. Overall, he is a decent fighter hero that can be lethal if players let him get close to them.
What makes Paquito a great fighter:
- He has great utility due to his combos dishing out heavy damage and giving him shields. Perfect for engaging and starting a team fight.
- Paquito takes pride in his combos. Once he gets a full stack on his passive, he switches into Champ Stance. During this stance, his next skill becomes empowered and has no cooldown. This allows for insane combos to cast one of the skills twice in a row to further amplify his overall damage.
- He has a very versatile skillset that can be utilized for crowd control, shields, and damage. It all depends on what combo you will use.

8. Lesley
Dead before they knew me.
Lesley’s voice line goes hard and cold as she takes pride in dishing high amounts of damage at long ranges. The recent patch updates have been a blessing for this hero as she was greatly buffed, making her first skill, lethal shot, able to deal true and critical damage. This makes her a nightmare opposition for tanks.
Her buffed skills led to her being one of the most picked marksman alongside Beatrix in the recent meta. She thrives well in the current meta, where tank junglers have become popular, as she can hold her own in the gold lane with her insane poke mechanics.
What makes Lesley a great marksman:
- Excellent skill range. Lesley has one of the longest ranges of skills in the game. This makes her great at poking during laning stages and playing safe in team fights.
- Easy to play. Great for beginner players
- Insane damage. Critical and true damage combined could render defense items useless.
- Decent mobility. Her first skill gives her invisibility and movement speed, and her 2nd skill knocks back enemies.

7. Beatrix
Sniper, rocket launcher, Submachine gun, shot gun, weapon specialist Beatrix can put them to good use. Given her unique skill set, she is non-arguably the most popular marksman up-to-date. She is even a staple pick in the pro scene and is used by the likes of OMG KELRA, and BLCK OHEB.
With her weapon-switching mechanics, she provides decent versatility to the team, giving her the ability to deal out high damage, be mobile during 1v1 and team fight situations, has insane skill range, and the ability to clear minion waves quickly. Unlike most marksmen, she can reach her power spike as early as in mid-game.
What makes Beatrix a great marksman:
- High early game damage. Beatrix can clear minion waves pretty fast in the early game, which she could use to respond to team fights or control minion waves.
- Insane range. Her sniper can kill enemies offscreen.
- Excellent mobility. Beatrix can hold her own in the early stages of the game as she can avoid ganks thanks to her dashes.
- Complex hero but great if mastered.

6. Bruno
No one can make me give up, not even myself!
This highly confident hero takes pride in high critical damage using his ball as a weapon. Bruno is one of the easiest marksman heroes in MLBB. He has a decent attack range, poke potential, and decent attack speed, allowing you to keep bullying the enemy at a safe distance from early to late game. His passive increases his critical chances for each stack. Managing these stacks allows Bruno to achieve his full potential, and if used properly, he can easily snowball in games. If your playstyle revolves around keeping your distance and playing safe while bombarding enemies with high DPS, then this is a pretty decent hero for you to use.
What makes Bruno a great marksman:
- Good early-game poke damage. If used properly, BRUNO can poke his lane opposition with his stacking critical hits. This allows you to freeze the lane and gain the upper hand against the opposition’s marksman.
- High snowball potential if played properly or paired with a good roamer
- Insanely high critical damage output
- Decent mobility, given the mini stuns from his ultimate and his dash 2nd skill

5. Thamuz
I am fire incarnate!
The Lord lava himself has always been a decent fighter that is picked from time to time. Despite not being a total top pick in ranked games, THAMUZ stands out among other fights in terms of durability and high spell vamp. He is a perfect epitome of a fighter hero as he can stay on the front lines and sustain team fights with his ultimate. He has everything fighter mains want, from offense to durability. This hero is not so difficult to master and him being a free hero in the fragment shop is a perfect opportunity to utilize this hero’s brawl and 1v5 capabilities.
Thamuz can be played as sidelane or hypercarry.
What makes Thamuz a great fighter:
- High sustainability. He is one of the most durable heroes in the game because of his high spell vamp capabilities
- Decent offense. THAMUZ has decent damage, which allows him to clear minion waves and jungle creeps faster than most fighters.
- Low difficulty. Easy to master as skill mechanics are not so complex
- Excellent movement speed.

4. Estes
The walking fountain
A hero known to all, popularized by the queen herself, BLCK OHMYVEENUS, Estes is non-arguably the best healer in the game. This hero is a perfect example of class, elegance, and composure, given his heavenly figure and passive playstyle. Played in the support role, Estes has insanely strong healing skills through his ultimate skill and extensive crowd control courtesy of his 2nd skill, making him an excellent supporting cast in a lineup. If you like to support your teammates by sustaining them in team fights, then Estes is the perfect hero for you.
What makes Estes a great support:
- High heal area. Estes can heal more than one hero, which makes him perfect for team fights
- Extensive CC. His 2nd skill provides a very hard, slow effect which can be used to set up team fights
- Passive deals a single high-damage basic attack
- Excellent zoner. Estes’s slow effect and healing are perfect attributes for a zoning roamer. He is able to provide space and peace of mind to the team’s damage dealers.

3. Gusion
The perfect combination of might and magic
Gusion is, without a doubt, one of the deadliest assassins in the game as he is very hard to catch, given most of his skill set offers blink. Speed and damage are this hero’s strong suit, as he is capable of bursting targets in mere seconds and escaping the scene as if nothing happened. This hero is in the top 3 of the list not because of his damage output but because of the complexity of his combo. Being one of the most difficult heroes to use in the game, mastering this hero takes a lot of time, and since he is free in the fragment shop, you can very much start practicing him now.
What makes Gusion a great assassin:
- High burst damage and high mobility. As all assassins should have.
- Flashy and aesthetic. Gusion kills are always fun and satisfying to watch if his combo is performed properly

2. Layla
Time to shine!
The most OG hero in the game and the first free hero gave when you first start to play Mobile Legends. Her skill set makes Layla one of the most oppressive MMs in the late game due to the kit incentivizing her to stay as far away as possible from other enemies. Her passive “Malefic Gun” increases the damage of her basic attacks and skills with range, scaling up to a 40% damage increase at maximum range. That 40% increase is huge in the late game, allowing her to take off half of anyone’s HP bar with just one basic attack. If she has the opportunity to unleash a full combo on you, you’re pretty much dead. This hero is perfect for new players who are still beginning to take grasp the game, as her mechanics are easy to master.

- Has the longest basic attack range among all marksmen
- Can deal out tremendous damage in the late game
- If paired with the right items, she can pretty much handle herself in team fights

1. Leomord
The Fallen knight.
Along with his blade “Oathkeeper” and his steed “Barbiel”, Leomord is one of the sickest tank destroyer heroes in 2022. He can also be used to fill 3 lanes at once, be it Hyper, Gold Lane, or EXP Lane. And because of the recent patch update, he became more terrifying as his passive, second skill, and ultimate was improved, making him one of the most used and banned heroes in most ranked games right now. Nevertheless, Leomord, skill and mechanic-wise, is without a doubt included as a top free hero available as of this month.
What makes Leomord a great fighter:
- As a fighter, he has very high damage and increased survival stats among other heroes.
- It can be played in any lanes
- Insanely high damage and low cooldown skills
- Exceptional mobility due to his ultimate. Allowing him to reach priority targets with ease.
