Scipio doesn't need a lot of development to be useful because he has excellent buffs as his preset skill and for this reason is considered one of the best ground generals in Evony.
He is best used in PvP leading ground troops to attack range heavy players.

Alessandra is a newly released Ground general as of Evony's 6th anniversary event which is where she can be obtained, exclusively (for now) and is one of the most powerful ground generals to enter the game, coming in 2nd in terms of power. She is most useful leading ground troops in PvP against a range heavy player.
