‘Dune Mechanic: Survive the Steampunk Era,’ is a story of creative ingenuity. You end up crash-landed in the desert in the middle of the steampunk era.
You have very little food and water. You have almost no resources, and unless you can magically make a new plane appear out of thin air, the only way back to civilization is to fix your plane.
While fixing a damaged plane might not sound too bad to an experienced pilot who also happens to be a mechanical genius, fixing it without the proper parts and equipment is a pretty tall ask. You, as the player, must explore your surroundings, finding food and water first, then setting up a shelter.
Once you’ve got the basic necessities sorted out, it’s time to start exploring and scavenging for resources. As you explore, you will find resources to start researching and developing tools, weapons, equipment, factory modules, and eventually, engine parts and fuel.
As you progress you must mine for necessary resources, build up your base’s defenses, and put together the equipment and factories that you will need to build everything for a plane to fly you out of the desert.
Mechanical murder bots will do everything they can to sabotage your operation and steal your stuff, so keep a watchful eye for any bots looking to be blasted into smithereens! Your only limits are the resources you can find and your imagination.
With the right tools, resources, and a bit of creative ingenuity, anything is possible!
