If you were thinking about picking up an All-digital Edition Xbox One, you should act relatively quickly if you desire it new. In light of the upcoming Xbox Series X, Microsoft will no longer be producing the All-Digital Edition.

The One S All-Digital may have been somewhat of an experiment for Microsoft.
This may give consumers a reason to believe that Series X will have a more digital focus, at least when compared to a traditional console. The upcoming PS5 will also have two different versions with one exclusively playing digital copies.
As we see this side of the industry continue to grow, it will be interesting to see companies develop and respond to limitations with both streaming and downloading models.
