As the Darkspawn invasion grows at a terrifying scale, the Hawke family decides to escape to the distant city of Kirkwall to start a new life, away from the chaos that was ravaging Ferelden. Playing as Hawke, players will shape the Hawke's family legacy over a decade, starting as a simple refugee and turning into the legendary Champion of Kirkwall.
