There are many legendary Pokemon throughout the Pokemon games. Some are better than others.

Here I will list off the 10 of the best legendary Pokemon available in Ultra Sun and Moon.

Number 10: Lugia (Diving Pokemon)

Why Lugia is so Good:

Lugia resists Grass,Fighting, Psychic and is immune to Ground.
It’s High Defense and Special Defense make it a bulky beast
