[Top 5] Destiny 2 Best Class for Raids

Destiny 2 Best Class for Raids
Running into Raids

The power metal events, known as Raids, require patience, time, great team, and excellent gear. The more the group knows about the Raid, the easier time you and your crew will have while taking it on; it will give you an edge. Knowing what your character's abilities and focuses are will be invaluable to the team. Though every Raid is particular and requires specific actions, your class abilities will make things difficult or a cakewalk. Here is a list of the five best classes to take the fight to these monster events.

5. Titan Void.
Great for Defense.

The best offense is a great defense.  Players can create a fallback point. The Titan defender has the option of creating a bubble that nullifies damage from incoming fire. The purple half-sphere of hard light is a safe zone so that players can regenerate damage. During raids, getting flanked and surrounded by enemies in a matter of seconds is a frequent occurrence. Keep this impenetrable wall ready it can be the difference between life and a squad wipe.

  • Great back up for when the team needs a breather.
  • Allows for time to regenerate and reload.
  • Great compliment for a barrier generator.
  • The class allows for the throwable shield variant for offensive measures.
  • Invest heavily in resistance and regeneration to become unstoppable and stay alive to help teammates.

4. Titan Solar
Great for PVE

This pyre of fire knows how to brings the pain. The Solar Titan does precisely that. Once he activates, his super destroys groups of enemies that will quickly go from violently shooting at the squad to piles of ashes and floating flames. There is no wrong way to do this job, walk in with confidence to the event, as you pile up ash of the fallen enemies.

  • Clears a room of enemies in seconds.
  • Either form of the hammer of sol becomes a massive damage dealer.
  • Focuses fire with teammates for catastrophic damage to bosses.
  • It can still generate barriers.
  • Tons of armors and exotics that help fill up solar supers.
  • Leaves passive flames spots that damage enemies and extend their own super for more damage output.

3. Warlock Arc.
Great for Support.

Call forth the lightning and clear the path. The Warlocks role here is more of multifunctional support, either working as a healer or a buffer. Then there is his super with the ability to clear crowds to watch him float on by as he fries everything on the screen that could be an actual threat.

  • It provides buffs or heals to the fireteam.
  • It becomes an integral part of the offense with a versatile super that clears rooms or focuses damage.
  • The right combination of exotics and can charge super and grenades incredibly fast.
  • Combines rift and the Titans bubble for a safe zone that also heals.
  • Provide the Hunter with much-needed support when drawing enemy fire.

This, you're going to want this for the boss battle. The Void Warlock hurls a ball of focused energy toward the enemy to cause massive damage. This is your tank, but do not disregard the rift mentioned above ability. When using the void as primary, it is essential to consider having the healing option for the first ability available to the fireteam.

1. Hunter Void.
Great for PvE.

The knife-wielding adventurers are going to be what gets you through the Raid. Their ability to hide will be paramount; this will allow them to keep hidden when most of the 6-person fireteam is down; he will be able to revive and then proceed to deal damage. The void arrow super allows him to pin down enemies, creating a shooting fish in a barrel scenario that is always satisfying.

  • Invisibility allows for team revival.
  • Appearing at the far end of the map can draw enemy fire.
  • Super ability can clear massive groups of enemies.
  • Becomes indispensable when pinning down bosses for the entire team to focus fire.
  • Abilities mesh well becoming a powerful force of forwarding momentum during raids.
