#9. Mount Gordo Facility : Price - $1,465,000
Now this just so happens to be one of the farthest facilities on the map. It's good for players who want to be away from all the chaos. Like the description says “it's an off the books” location.
Now here’s some insight on this that you might not like. So you know how the location is one of the farthest? Well this is also one of the downsides. Most of the missions your facility can do are in the city and will take you a while to get to.
My advice to players. Would get this only if you’re ok with traveling a while to reach the city. Because it takes a minute other players have more of an opportunity to take you down.
What's Great About Mount Gordo Facility:
- It's great for the helicopters when taking off. Because there's a wide open area players won't have much problems flying in or out of the bunker.
- The distance is far enough away to avoid danger. Because it's far away from the active city players will likely avoid you.
- It's a one stop shop. With all the businesses around players can do almost everything in one area.

#8. Route 68 Facility : $2,312,500
What's good about the location of this facility is that it's right next to the sandy shores airport, a biker club building and a meth lab. Because of this players can buy the surrounding locations and have a full base of operations if you want to say that.
Some insight into this facility. Well with it being in the mountain peaks unless you buy it you won't really know where it is(a friend could show you but though). Furthermore you have bunkers close buy and a counterfeit cash office.
My advice to players getting this would be to buy everything around it first, then buy the facility. Doing this will give you a concrete base of operation and you can essentially turn it into a headquarters.
What's Great About Land Act Reservoir Facility :
- It's in the mountainous terrain so it's great for off-road vehicles.
- The sounding locations let you create a mega empire. Do this by owning every single business and bunker around the facility.

What makes this area good as a facility however is the location itself. Because it takes 10 or more minutes to get there friends who run missions with you can set up ahead of time. Not only that is so far away that not many get it so the player traffic won't be heavy.
My insight on this facility? Well this is kinda a one stop for everything too having some of the same local business mentioned for example a biker clubhouse. This area can give off a secret lair vibe which is great.
My advice for this facility would be to only buy it if you want to avoid players and stay primarily in the countryside. Once you get this you'll be constantly having to use a plane or helicopter to get back and forth(for convenience's sake).
What Makes Paleto Bay Facility So Great :
- The distance. Like already mentioned this facility is one of the farthest on the map.
- Price. This is one of the low end facilities meaning players usually go with this facility first.

#6. Land Act Reservoir Facility : $2,950,000
This area is always going to have high player traffic since they all know the value of having this location(more on that in a bit). It’s hidden away in a sandy area with a small wooden bridge connecting to it.
Now the insight. Like I said the players know the value of this facility and it's not because of what's inside. Since the facility is so close players can complete missions in the city alot faster having 10 if not 15 minutes to spare sometimes.
My advice to players who have to stay weary of other players going in that area. Because it's close to the city and others know about it, some like to camp and wait for your mission to start. To combat this, travel with friends and don't do them alone if your lobby is full.
What's great about Land Act Reservoir Facility :
- The distance from the city. The land act facility is so close to the city any player who has enough skills and enough money can run missions all day easily.
- The garage space. Every facility has 12 vehicles and with this a team of players can store their cars in one place.

#5. Lago Zancudo Facility : Price - $2,100,00
The Zancudo facility has a huge advantage and that being very close to the military base on that map. It's in the marshlands so getting to it traditionally will be difficult, though it's not the worse.
There's only one bunker near this one being on the shoreside on the far left of the military base. It's great because there's one main road that can take you to the city and back only problem is the distance to do so.
My advice to players would be you use the military base to your advantage. Why? Because anytime someone flys over it they will be shot down and get a 3 star rating right off the bat.
What Great About Lago Zancudo Facility :
- Is that the doomsday heists are available in it. Now this is available in every facility but just this feature alone makes it better than the bunkers.
- The location. The military base is close by; attacking players need to be present and aware of that.

#4. Grand Senora Desert Facility : $2,525,000
This location happens to be in walking distance from the sandy shores airport. This is great because players can buy a hanger there and have more vehicle space for planes since they can't fit in facilities.
My insight on this facility would be that It's in the middle of the map sort of speak. The connecting roads and the 5 bunkers around it make this a solid choice and one player often.
My advice to anyone who wants this would be to use the airport to your utmost advantage. Along with the other vehicles you can store, having an airport close by just adds more to the arsenal.
What's Great About the Grand Senora Desert Facility :
- The highway connection This is so close to the highway you can get to the city with minimal turns. Basically a straight shot.
- The location. It's the middle ground between the countryside and the city giving you a slight mix of both.

#3. RON Alternates Wind Farm Facility : $1,855,000
Why this location is so good is because it's right next to one of the highways that lead right into the city. Perfect for doing missions quickly and without many players coming to attack you.
My insight. Well there is one bunker across the highway to the right. It will be left of the prison if you're looking straight ahead from the facility. Unfortunately there aren't many services available so you'll have to travel out each time or make sure your facility is stocked.
My advice to anyone getting this would be to lock down the road if possible.(if you're with friends) This way during missions you won't have to worry about getting blown up or shot right on your way back.
What Great about RON Alternates Wind Farm Facility :
It's elevated right above the highway. Because of this players can get out of the bunker and jump onto the highway.
The Location. Because it's located on rocky terrain the only best way to get up there is with off- road vehicles.

What's good about this facility's location is that it's right next to the desert part of the map and it's right by the river for easy boat access.
My insight on this facility would be that it's very good for players who use boats a lot. The advantage here lies with it being near the river out of sight.
My advice to anyone using this would be to use the river and do most of your transportation by boat or air. You can you the long river to move at a quick pace but you are exposed just a bit.
What's Great About Zancudo River Facility :
- It has more access for boats. This isn't the only facility that has this access but it's one of the only ones that can take you to the city by river.
- It's surrounded by bunkers. So this means players can have both a bunker and a facility close by one another.

#1. Sandy Shores Facility : $2,740,000
What's good about this facility's location is that it's already in the desert and you can go to the airport close by to get to the city quickly. Plus being near the train tracks it's out of sight out of mind.
My insight is that this is a good lowkey area that players can use to run heists or just get out of the city.
My advice to anyone using this would be to use the available locations near the area to your advantage and set up a small headquarters. Use the facility in tangent to the biker club house or the weed building.
What's Great About Sandy shores Facility :
- Its location. Because it's located near the train track players can use the train as transportation if they really need to.
