10. Dry Bowser

Dry Bowser Introduction:
This fun but also spooky-looking guy first showed up in the Super Mario series in the game, New Super Mario Bros.. Originally, this lava-loving Dry Bones version of Bowser is resistant to fireballs but not in Mario Kart Tour!
