15. Slenderman

The Mutant Beasts mod basically buffs the original vanilla Minecraft mobs. You are not safer at a certain time because the mobs do not burn during the day. The mod creates a deadly invasion, a game of cat and mouse. Unfortunately, you are the mouse in this scenario. Your only hope of survival is if the hostile mobs turn on each other and begin an internal battle.

Simply put, this mod brings the CreepyPasta characters and entities from these tales into the generally drowsy Minecraft universe. Each creature is well-designed and has its own eerie sound effects and features. It's an extremely intense mod that is enjoyable to play.

• The mod sets up creativity: The CreepyPasta mod gives you plenty of room for creativity in your Minecraft world. Using the tools provided, you can create a number of improved tools and features.

The CreepyPasta narrates the story of a miner who got lost in the Minecraft caves and is now destined to haunt each Minecraft world he visits. 

Sometimes he is summoned, other times he simply spawns in the caves below. But, once he sees you, you become his unfortunate target. Herobrine creates a mountain of chaos that most players cannot handle. The mod spawns dozens of annoying mobs, Herobrine breaks so much, and sets traps. If you aren't careful, you'll be his next unsuspecting victim.

• The stalking feature is terrifying: As legend has it and similar to Herobrine (see above), once you see 303 in your world, it’s seen you. From then on, you are its target. Escaping is not a simple task though, and his abilities are far from easy to defend against.
• The mod can be incredibly scary: Paired with the right soundtrack, and 303’s features, the mod can be turned into a horrifying experience like no other. The eerie groaning and freaky music set you up for an experience you won’t forget anytime soon.
