It's always fun for players to try and figure out who the best manager is in PES 21. Every manager comes equipped with a set of organizational structures. This section will talk about the top managers who are also great at building and managing teams. I've arranged the managers’ rankings so that each one should appeal to a different group of players. So don't second guess the ranks below when selecting the best manager for the best formation. The best managers in PES 21 have been ranked in the top ten.

10.M. Preuss (Thomas Tuchel)

The German machine

Obsessive and meticulous. The high payoff with high risk. Thomas Tuchel has a bad reputation for getting into fights with his superiors, yet he's a great player on the pitch. Tuchel, on the other hand, is still making progress. He's skilled at developing young players, getting the most out of his attackers, and keeping his teams compact. In addition, he’s a great coach.

What Makes M. Preuss Great

  • Attacking style - Possession Game
  • Defensive style - Frontline Pressure
  • Adaptability - 86
  • Rating - 86
  • Management skills - 860

9. Luis Enrique

Tiki-Taka merchant

Luis Enrique began his managerial career in 2008 with the Barcelona B team before transferring to Roma three years later. After that, he was manager of Celta for the 2013–14 season before returning to Barcelona, where he won the treble in his first season and the double in his second. In 2018, he was named head coach of Spain for the first time before quitting due to family obligations. The style he likes to play football is called tiki-taka, and he has always had players who are skilled enough to play it that way.

What Makes Luis Enrique Great

  • Attacking style - Possession Game
  • Defensive style - Frontline Pressure
  • Adaptability - 86
  • Rating - 86
  • Management skills - 860

8. G. Henriques (José Mourinho)

The special one

The current head coach of Serie A team Roma is José Mário dos Santos Mourinho Félix, GOIH, a retired Portuguese professional football player and manager. He is regarded as one of the best managers of all time and has received numerous awards in his career. He is a very controversial coach with a lot of antics. He likes to play defensive football.

What Makes G. Henriques Great

  • Attacking style - Possession Game
  • Defensive style - Frontline Pressure
  • Adaptability - 87
  • Rating - 87
  • Management skills - 870

7. G. Ripa (Antonio Conte)

The Godfather

What Makes G. Ripa Great

  • Attacking style - Possession Game
  • Defensive style - Frontline Pressure
  • Adaptability - 87
  • Rating - 87
  • Management skills - 870

6. Joachim Löw

German World cup winner's Coach

In J. Low's 4-2-3-1, the goalie has a distinct duty as a ball-playing sweeper. Defenders will have an easier time as they will be able to take more risks. The defenders, like the goalkeeper, tend to play with their feet. This system's two key defenders are rather static and tend to stick to the same strategies throughout time. When it comes to feet, one has better traction than the other. They'll have to deal with a solid defensive motor and another explosive midfielder upfront.

What Makes J. Löw Great

  • Attacking style - Possession Game
  • Defensive style - Frontline Pressure
  • Adaptability - 87
  • Rating - 87
  • Management skills - 870

5. C. Valbuena (Diego Simeone)

One of the best defensive coaches

It's no secret that Simeone prefers to set up his team in a 4-4-2 shape and then try to control games by occupying areas and territory farther forward. Atlético prefers to develop play in midfield after a straight ball rather than short. Oblak has shown this tendency by . Italianregularly playing passes towards the midfield third since becoming their goalkeeper in 2014. It's not uncommon for him to focus on the opposition's front two, with at least one of them being an ideal target for aerial play, as well as their full-backs.

What Makes C. Valbuena Great

  • Attacking style - Possession Game
  • Defensive style - Frontline Pressure
  • Adaptability - 88
  • Rating - 88
  • Management skills - 880

4. D. Deschamps

2018 World cup winner

Although football styles, tactics, and ideologies change over time, a country's overall football identity remains constant, quietly influencing new generations of coaches and players. Dutch football is closely related to Total Football; Spanish football has tiki-taka (even if the style's major proponent, Pep Guardiola, dislikes the word) and Italian clubs have often looked to Catenaccio. The personality of French football is a little hazier, but Didier Deschamps is its current manifestation, as his team's painful draw with Hungary once again demonstrated.

What Makes D. Deschamps Great

  • Attacking style - Possession Game
  • Defensive style - Frontline Pressure
  • Adaptability - 89
  • Rating - 89
  • Management skills - 890

3. Y. Grimault (Zinedine Zidane)

Zizou, the only man to win the champions league three times in a role

Zidane's players became more comfortable with their pressuring tactics. They were leaving a lot of room in the middle of the field at the beginning of the season. As of late, they've been more condensed and have done a better job both transitioning and driving their opponents out to large expanses. An unusual positional and formational shift to a bizarre 4-4-2 shape out of possession may have contributed to this development.

What Makes Y. Grimault Great

  • Attacking style - Possession Game
  • Defensive style - Frontline Pressure
  • Adaptability - 90
  • Rating - 90
  • Management skills - 900

2.G. Zeitzler (Jürgen Klopp)

The normal one

Klopp has a "playing philosophy that is highly emotional, very rapid, and very strong," according to the coach. Every game, my teams must go all out and push themselves to the edge. Your playing philosophy should reflect your personal thinking as well as the club's. This will help you stay focused and on track. Klopp is one of the best tacticians in the business. Most of the time, his strategy of outplaying opponents works, and what's most impressive about his victories over well-known coaches like Pep, Mourinho, Conte, and Pochettino is that he's done it with a team that has less skill.

What Makes G. Zeitzler Great

  • Attacking style - Possession Game
  • Defensive style -
  • Adaptability - 92
  • Rating - 92
  • Management skills - 920

1. L. Roman (Pep Guardiola)

The Exceptional One

Ever since he took over as coach of Barcelona B in 2007, when they were promoted from Tercera, Pep Guardiola has captivated the football world. Pep Guardiola is a fascinating figure because he is the brains behind the play and decision-making. His clubs have a winning record, but they do so in a hollow way. Nevertheless, his teams performed admirably, and we can tell who drew the concept art in the backstage area. His style of play is the high press, tiki-taka style of football; he loves to keep the ball all the time; the only way his most defeats have come is through counterattacks.

What Makes L. Roman Great

  • Attacking style - Possession Game
  • Defensive style - Frontline Pressure
  • Adaptability - 92
  • Rating - 92
  • Management skills - 920
