10.  Blood Scion Ultimate

Many dedicated vampire players in Elder Scrolls: Online are going to be perfectly comfortable with the idea of equipping ‘Blood Scion’ as their ultimate ability This ability gives you an extra 10,000 stamina, magicka, and health while it is active.

Why ‘Blood Scion’ is great…

• You can see enemies through walls while the ultimate ability is active.
• You automatically heal a portion of your own health when dealing damage.
• When enabling this ability, you instantly heal to full health. 

9.  Arterial Burst

The ‘Arterial Burst’ ability will allow you to magicka damage based on the amount of health that you have remaining. What does this mean exactly? It basically means that you deal more damage if you are wounded. In addition, you will always strike your enemy with a critical strike when below 50% of your own health. 

Why ‘Arterial Burst’ is great…

• This skill is exceptional if you want to deal lots of damage while wounded.
• Having lower health can ensure you always strike with a critical.

8.  Blood Frenzy

Blood Frenzy will increase your weapon damage and spell damage. For every second that it is enabled, you will require more health to keep it enabled. You can’t be healed by any of your teammates while playing in a group. While it increases your damage, it also restricts your healing and health capabilities.

Why ‘Blood Frenzy’ is great…

• Great for dealing tons of damage.
• Low costs unless used for lengthy periods of time.

7.  Mesmerize

You can use your vampiric ability to stun your enemies, lighting their heads up with a mysterious pink glow. This ability can trick merchants into engaging with vampires to conduct economic transactions. There is no way for an enemy to prevent this stun from occurring.

Why ‘Mesmerize’ is great… 

• Stall your opponents for several seconds when using this in combat.
• Trick merchants into trading with vampires

6.  Feed

If you use your ability to ‘feed’ on other creatures, you’ll automatically increase your vampire stage up to a maximum level of four. After several hours, your vampire stage automatically reduces by one level. Additional perks and penalties will be added to your character as you increase your vampire stage. 

Why ‘Feed’ is great… 

• Control your vampirism by sucking the blood out of enemies.
• Take advantage of the perks of any of the vampire stages up to level four. 

5.  Mist Form

You will transition from your normal body into a mysterious mist. You will take 75% less damage while in this form. You cannot be healed while in this state. Blood Mist and Elusive Mist are morphs that can also provide additional healing perks. 

Why ‘Mist Form’ is great… 

• Take significantly less damage from enemies while in Mist Form. 
• You will automatically become immune to immobilization effects.

4.  Unnatural Movement

If you wish to be a stealthy vampire, similar to the personality of Gwendis Ravenwatch throughout the storyline, then you’ll enjoy taking advantage of ‘Unnatural Movement’. You’ll have the opportunity to sprint for three seconds and automatically become invisible, disappearing into a mysterious red mist as you run that nobody else can see. 

Why ‘Unnatural Movement’ is great… 

• Ideal for vampires that want to remain stealthy and sneak past enemies 
• This is a powerful vampire skill for all Stage 4 vampires. 

3.  Blood Ritual

You can use this ability to infect other players at the appropriate location. Another player can only be infected at a Vampire ritual site. This only works on players that haven’t already been infected and it can only be used once per week. 

Why Blood Ritual is great… 

• Spread the disease and force others to feel the thirst for blood.
• Infect other players at a vampire ritual site up to once per week. 

2.  Undeath

The ‘Undeath’ skill allows you to reduce your damage taken from enemies significantly. The amount of the reduction is based on the amount of health that you are currently missing. Lower health will allow you to reduce your damage taken even more. 

Why ‘Undeath’ is great… 

• This skill lets you limit the amount of damage taken from enemies.
• Players with low health in combat will benefit from having this passive skill. 

1.  Strike from the Shadows

This ability complements the stealthy passive skills that come along in the higher stages of vampirism in Elder Scrolls: Online. If you are using Mist Form or the Invisibility perk while sprinting with ‘Unnatural Movement’, you’ll automatically gain 300 damage for up to six seconds after emerging. The same thing can be said when you transition from sneak to combat. 

Why ‘Strike from the Shadows’ is great… 

• Works great with the Vampirism passive skills for stealth purposes. 
• Increases damage when transitioning from stealth to combat for six seconds.
