‘Batora: Lost Heaven’ is an action RPG with both hack-and-slash and twin-stick shooter elements.
You find yourself in the shoes of 16-year-old Avril. Although Avril may seem quite ordinary, she possesses unbelievable powers. You have been gifted with extraordinary physical and mental powers that make you both extremely powerful and incredibly dangerous to anyone that opposes you.
The path you take on your journey to save the planet from oblivion is up to you. You can make friendships and work with allies, or you can choose to go it alone. You have the freedom to carry out your plans however you want to.
There will be difficult decisions to make, and how you act will have a lasting impact on the events in the game. It will also determine how other characters view you because it doesn’t take much for a good guy to turn into a bad guy themselves…
A double health bar forms a key element of gameplay in ‘Batora: Lost Heaven.’ One bar is for mental power, the other is for physical power. You must use your powers carefully, making sure that they never run out, because if they do, so will you. In other words, you’ll kick the bucket!
The story follows a non-linear pattern with multiple outcomes based on the decisions that you make. The meaning of accountability will become crystal clear pretty quickly!
‘Batora: Lost Heaven’ is developed by ‘Stormind Games.’ It has been scheduled for a 2022 release, but no specific date has been confirmed yet.
