The Samurai are icons in Japanese history, lore, and legend. They are seen as the deadliest, most respected warriors of Japan. They also take pride in their unshakeable honor, choosing death over defeat and disgrace.
‘Ronin: Samurai Redemption’ is set in Feudal Japan. The spirit of death has descended upon the land, unleashing demon hordes onto the lands of Hokkaido. The lands are at the mercy of the hordes from hell, with no one there to stop them
This is where you come in. A disgraced Samurai master was forced to kill himself in the High Court. His subordinates swore an oath of vengeance and became Ronin. You play as these three Ronin and answer the call for help of the helpless as the demons overrun your world.
Among the demon, hordes are spirits of all shapes, natures, and sizes. There are the Oni, the Heikegani, stalkers, soul-stealers, and a plethora of other evil denizens of the underworld.
Playing as the 3 Ronin, you must use their unique skills and abilities in powerful combinations to defeat the demons and send them back to hell.
As you progress you will also be able to unlock magical powers and better weapons and equipment to make you even deadlier on the battlefield. Your enemies will also become more powerful as you make your way into the mountain where the Shinigami (Angel of Death) is holed up.
Defeat the Angel of Death, liberate the people of Hokkaido, and redeem yourselves as Samurai.
