Splitgate has announced a Splitgate Pro Series with a total prize pool of $100,000. They have stated that the number of teams that have registered is beyond what was expected and that they expect the event to be epic.

The relatively new game, which took off earlier this year, has added a competitive twist to the game for the more competitive players in its community. It does also cater to amateur players with a competitive interest through the structuring of its open qualifiers.

The Splitgate Pro Series will kick off on 17 October 2021 with Open Qualifier number 1. This is the first of 6 open qualifiers with a total prize allocation of $5,000 per qualifier. Teams will earn points based on performance in each qualifier.

After the conclusion of all 6 open qualifiers, the 7 teams with the most Splitgate Pro Series (SPS) points will advance to the Grand Final, which has a prize pool of $60,000.

After the 6 open qualifiers, which are free to enter and have open registration, 1 Last Chance Qualifier will be held with a winner-takes-all chance for the 8th and final spot in the Grand Final.

• Open Qualifier 1: 17 October 2021, 7:00 PM Pacific Time
• Open Qualifier 2: 24 October 2021, 7:00 PM Pacific Time
• Open Qualifier 3: 31 October 2021, 7:00 PM Pacific Time
• Open Qualifier 4: 7 November 2021, 8:00 PM Pacific Time
• Open Qualifier 5: 14 November 2021, 8:00 PM Pacific Time
• Open Qualifier 6: 21 November 2021, 8:00 PM Pacific Time

The Last Chance Qualifier will be held on 5 December 2021 at 8:00 PM Pacific Time. The Grand Final will take place on 12 December 2021 at 8:00 PM Pacific Time for a whopping total of $60,000.
