Ever wonder what stray cats get up to all day? Besides chilling in the sun and stealing food of course? The life of a stray cat on the streets of a big city can’t be easy, and ‘Stray’ sets out to prove to players just how difficult it actually is to survive as a stray on the streets of an urban metropolis.

‘Stray’ is set on the neon-lit streets of a futuristic, cybercity inhabited primarily by emotionless bots that follow a lifeless, monotonous cycle of daily tasks and duties. Players play as, yep, a stray cat that has been separated from its family!

Players play in the third person as they roam the streets, with advanced cat mechanics allowing them to nimbly jump from ledge to ledge, stealthily stalk their prey, or escape threats with acrobatic finesse.

Players must journey through the cybercity, searching for clues that will help them to unravel an ancient mystery which is their key to escaping the dark and dreary city that they find themselves trapped in.

Along the way, players will befriend a friendly drone known as B12. B12 will help players in their quest to solve the ancient mystery and find a way out of the city. Finding a way out of the city means freedom from the misery and danger that lurks around every corner of this pile of emotionless cybertrash in which the stray and B12 find themselves.

‘Stray’ is developed by ‘BlueTwelve Studio’ in the south of France and is scheduled for release in 2022.
