15. GTA San Andreas- 2013         

GTA is one of the most famous real-life simulation games. A first-person experience where we get to know the story of the main protagonist, CJ. A story of what it is like living in a troubled neighborhood ruled by gangs.  

Having the chance to play the classic Grand Theft by Rockstar Games on a mobile device is great. Going through the story over and over never gets old. Good old cities of Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas. Throw yourself on the couch and play this great version with HD graphics created especially for the mobile experience. Revive Carl, or CJ's (whatever you prefer) deep story.

14. Minecraft - 2011

Minecraft is a first-person sandbox game. A 2D endless world where your objective is building.

Infinite worlds are waiting for you to discover in Minecraft's wholesome universe. Unlimited resources are available to create your world. But be careful with the zombies. Build to defend yourself from the creatures wandering around. Play alone or with friends from mobile devices or Windows 10. You can also play in several massive multiplayer servers administrated by the community. This is a fairly adapted version with many features like changing the time of the day, summoning creatures, and creating packs of resources.

13. Ark: Survival Evolved - 2018

Ark is an fps survival game with action and adventure elements. Dive into the best dino adventure available in the Play Store. A giant world with eighty unique dinosaurs and primitive creatures to capture and tame. Join other players to work together on your survival journey. You'll start on a mysterious island with empty hands. Gather the resources and let your creativity flow while you conquer other lands and capture dinosaurs. You can build your powerful defensive structures and join a clan to play in cooperative mode.

• Dinosaurs! Hundreds of dinosaurs!
• Pokemon-style games: capture and train creatures. Most of the time is spent on this activity. 
• Survival mechanics. Ark is a survival game after all.

12. Terraria

This title is an independent 2D third-person sandbox created by Re-Logic Studios. A game where exploration will lead your way. 

Of course, Terraria has to be mentioned. The complete version has been made from zero for mobile. Having Terraria in its mobile version is like touching heaven with your own hands. Go ahead and explore, dig, build, and fight for survival and glory. Deep within Terraria's lands lay thousands of enemies who await your arrival. Don't waste your time and just do it.

The many features available for this version are fascinating. A variety of biomes to explore and many options for building in the depths are just some of the best features of Terraria. A true gem is how this game deserves to be described.

11. Genshin Impact - 2020

Genshin Impact is a first-person MMORPG oriented towards action and fantasy. 

The fantastic world of Teyvat. An immense continent shaped by seven archons where the seven elements converge. Explore this seven-nation world and meet fellow travelers. Follow the great story while you discover hidden secrets around the continent. Let your curiosity be your guide in this mystic world. Thousands of adventures and landscapes are waiting for you to discover them. This mobile version is excellent and overwhelmingly beautiful. A very complete and fun game!

• Interesting main story and side quests. Genshin Impact has some of the best quests I've seen on mobile games.
• Anime-inspired designs. A lot of waifus are seen across the world of GI.
• Visual experiences. The biggest attraction of this game is how beautiful it is.

Each element seen on the screen has been carefully placed. Everything looks super cute and soft. Even the explosion. 

10. Tower of Fantasy - 2022

A first-person sci-fi fantasy adventure. This MMORPG has a shared open world located on the planet Aida a thousand years in the future. Here you'll experience a post-apocalyptic world where sci-fi and anime dominate the art style. Exciting battles in this world filled with alien creatures. A great story where this alien world is going through a catastrophic event and you are the hero. Unique characters and interactions are part of this vibrant world. Give it a try!

• Genshin Impact. But better. Somehow Tower of Fantasy is better optimized for mobile.
• Sci-Fi and fantasy. The environment is a mixture of these two. You'll encounter high-tech as well as bright fantasy in natural environments.
• First-person-fast-paced battles. The gameplay is amazing!

9. Roblox - 2014

Roblox is a massive online multiplayer. A sandbox game that uses a creation system called Roblox Studio.  

One of the bests virtual universes to create and share your experiences with friends or other players. Anything you want, you can have it in Roblox. Join thousands of people already exploring the immersive experiences created by the community. Release your creativity to personalize your character and create objects. The never-ending inventory of stuff will keep you busy and entertained. Epic battles and adventures, competitions against other players, collecting objects, or just chilling, whatever you choose is welcome in Roblox. You can even give it a try in VR!

• Socializing. Most of the good experiences in Roblox are in the company of a group.
• Creating stuff. If you have a big imagination this game is for you.
• Freedom of choice. You can play this game as you wish. No main story, only achievements to unlock.

8. Lost Light - 2021

Lost Light is an RPG first-person shooter where the player will join the “Firefly” forces to survive a hostile world.

Join the special forces to unmask the sinister plot hiding in the exclusion area. Survive in a world where humankind no longer prevails. Gather your resources while exploring the post-apocalyptic world of Lost Light. Build your fortress to defend yourself from the dangers outside. This game has open merch where you can sell and buy resources. A tactical combat strategy and smooth gameplay make it a great choice. Personalize your weapons with thousands of possibilities. Create your team with four friends and lead them to success. The multi-platform system will allow players to use the game on both PC and mobile devices.

• Post-apocalyptic experiences where everything could be a potential danger.
• FPS - Lost Light is an FPS with a great variety of weapons.
• Building. Although it is not the most important thing in the game, you will spend some time building and crafting.

7. Dysmantle

Dysmantle is a third-person post-apocalyptic RPG. Action and fantasy are the lead genres. 

One of my favorite games available on the Play Store. A similar concept to Project Zomboi but colorful. You're on an island, you've been hiding in your shelter for years. You decide to go out. What you find is a world inhabited by evil creatures. No sight of another human. It's only you in a world where nature flourishes. You'll have to find a way to escape the island. 

The game has many features typical of survival open-world games. Break almost every object to find resources; fight the creatures; explore the world freely and solve the mystery behind the apocalypse. Build your fortress, weapons, suits, tools, and everything you need to pass the day. Hunt animals to eat or train them. Cultivate plants, solve puzzles, explore the depths, fish, and cook. A fine game that will keep you entertained for many, many hours.

• Solving mysteries. The mysteries found at Dysmantle are mind-blowing.
• Complete survival experiences.  
• Solving puzzles. I had to spend a lot of time figuring them out.

6. Sky: Children of the Light - 2020

Sky: Children of Light is an indie MMORPG developed by Thatgamecompany.

A beautiful realm lies in the world of Sky. A peaceful social experience to warm your hearts. Everything in Sky is mystical. Every step you take will be filled with excitement and adventure, from the story to the gameplay mechanics, the NPCs, and the soundtrack. In this fantasy adventure, you'll be the Children of the Light. Your mission is to spread hope to return the fallen stars to their constellations. You can explore seven realms to discover the story and the secrets hidden here and there. New characters and stories are added for you to experience every new season. 5. Utopia: Origin - 2019

Welcome to the lands of Beia. A first-person utopic fantasy world where you'll experience thousands of adventures. Build your house and survive the demons trying to hunt you through the night. In time you can even create your clan. Prepare yourself for a big exploration adventure. A variety of mounts will make this activity formidable. Horses or even dragons can be trained to use them as your vehicle. Many treasures are awaiting in this vast territory. Meet new friends in this great MMORPG. 

Choose this game if you like...

• Simple mechanics. The game is a bit old and the mechanics are very simple. 
• Survivals. You begin with empty hands and for every little thing you need, you'll have to get it by yourself.
• Gathering, building, and crafting. The first hours will be only this.

It might not have the best graphics but there are so many things to do, and the map is huge!

4. Second Galaxy - 2019

A sci-fi open-world game where thousands of galaxies can be explored. More than 4000 galaxies are available for you to discover. Cosmic elements like planets, satellites, and even black holes can be found and explored in this gigantic game. Your actions will cause a butterfly effect on the ecosystem of Second Galaxy. Thousands of airships for you to travel around space and gather alien resources. Team up with other players to form alliances, trade, and be part of epic battles against players all around the globe. 

The game is set three thousand years in the future. Humankind has expanded to the cosmos in an attempt to conquer the universe. Five unique nations cooperating and fighting for power. The resources are limited, and non-renewable. A strong reason to fight or cooperate between nations. Which path will you choose?

• Sci-Fi and astronomy. Everything inside this game is inspired by it.
• Futuristic style. You're not going to find a dragon here, but you can have a hella big starship. 
• Realistic approaches to cause and effect for every decision you take.

3. MARVEL Future Revolution - 2021

For Marvel superheroes fans. The first open-world RPG for mobiles with mind-blowing 3D graphics.

2. Evertale - 2019

It is an impressive fantasy world where your mission is to capture and train monsters. The game is set in the world of Erden. Invaded by an ancient curse: the Pandemonium. A curse that only the chosen ones can put an end to. Be part of this glorious story. Join many other players trying to find the secret that will finally set Erden free of the curse. 

Explore beautiful landscapes, cities, and dungeons. Try the offline mode as a solo player or create your team to battle other players all around the world. A game that reminds of the classic RPGs. Highly recommended for those seeking a cute and challenging adventure.

• Cute characters inspired by anime style. All characters inside Evertale have an anime style.
• Challenging battles where you'll have to put in a lot of effort and thinking. Bosses get harder and harder, it will not be easy to kill them.
• Visual novels. Everale mixes many aspects of visual novels, Lucky you if you like to read!
