CoD Mobile Best LMG [Best And Worst LMGs Revealed]

The Best LMG to use in CoD Mobile listed from worst to best.
Read and see what LMGs are the best to use in filling your enemies with bullets.

LMGs are the best guns to use for holding your ground. Having a large mag size and high rate of fire makes it hard for anyone to just rush in and not get showered with bullets. So let's see the which LMGs are the best and why they're the best and also see which ones are the worst and why are they bad to use.

8. PKM

The PKM is the last LMG to be added to the list, and although it’s newer, which you would think make it overpowered, it’s quite the opposite. You will almost never see this gun being used by anyone in any mode, and that says a lot about this gun. If you use this gun, you can consider yourself a sentry turret.

PKM

  • The consistency of this gun’s damage from 5m to 20m range is insane. Although unpopular, this LMG deals the most damage, with upper body shots dealing 34 damage even at 20m.
  • This LMG definitely feels the heaviest to use with its slow movement speed, slow Aim Down Sights (ADS), and ADS movement speed. This is really bad to move around with. I recommend taking the perk Amped as well, because switching out of this gun is really slow.
  • Having a lower fire rate while also having lower mobility makes this gun only good for camping spots where you can wall bang an enemy or hit them from mid range, around 10m-20m.

7. Hades

Hades is definitely second place in being unpopular. It is a LMG that can be considered a mobility LMG. Besides the crossbar attachment this gun has, it really has nothing going for it. This LMG can be one of the only good LMGs to use in close range, but because of that it suffers at longer ranges, and with its fire rate, it’ll lose a lot against SMGs with higher fire rates.

Hades

  • Its stats aren’t great in this META, although its damage from 5m-20m is 29 on any part of the body and 31 on the head. The low fire rate and high spread make it hard for it to challenge SMGs or ARs.
  • Has a better ADS speed and greater mobility than the PKM.
  • Really good at holding multiple angles and can even be used to rush into enemies.

6. Holger 26

The Holger 26 used to be a popular gun, but nowadays you barely see it in any modes. It has a good fire rate and consistent damage that can kill enemies at 15m with four shots. Damage falls off a lot at 20m, so it isn’t fit for long range shooting. Although this gun isn’t fit for long range, it can really dominate close to mid range(5m-15m) and there are some attachments that can make this gun feel like an assault rifle as well. This gun, with its assault rifle gunsmith, makes this the LMG with the best mobility.

Holger 26

  • Damage falls off a lot at a longer range, making it not that good in maps like Hacienda or Coastal.
  • Really good mobility for an LMG. The ADS speed and ADS movement speed is really good and are enough to compete with a lot of ARs.
  • Consistent 31 damage at any part of the body and 37 on the head, remains consistent until pass 15m in which the damage falls to 25, it can still kill enemies with 4 bullets until pass 20m.

5. S36

This LMG isn’t that bad at all. The S36 also has the highest fire rate amongst LMGs and can compete with most ARs. If it weren’t for its lower damage at 15m+ range, this gun would’ve taken one of the top spots in the LMG category. Most of the attachments you would get to make this gun good make it slow and heavy, but going light and fast makes it really bad for taking fights at longer range.

(CoD Mobile S36 gunsmith)

S36

  • Consistent damage to any part of the body; this includes headshots, since this gun has no headshot multiplier.
  • Damage falls off really hard at ranges above 15 m, making you use more bullets and take more time to kill one enemy.
  • Its iron sights are pretty bad.
  • Although it has a fast fire rate, its recoil is really easy to control.

4. M4 LMG

One of the usual LMGs you would see being used in different kinds of modes. This LMG is also really good at longer range fights, having a consistent damage of 32 even at 25m to any part of the body except for headshots since this gun has a headshot multiplier. It has good iron sights, which gives the player an additional attachment slot to use rather than getting a red dot sight.

M4LMG

  • Has really good range with a consistent damage of 32 at 25m range. Headshots deal 35.
  • Really easy to control recoil with a low ADS bullet spread. With this, challenging enemies at a longer range is a lot easier, I recommend adding attachments that help with reducing bullet spread so you can shoot more accurately at a longer range.
  • High Base magazine count and a decent fire rate, this gun is more forgiving when you miss a couple shots.

3. Chopper

Definitely the most popular LMG on the list, this gun has been used by so many players, especially because of the heavy handle grip attachment. With the heavy handle attachment, the gun ignores most ADS speed penalties that other attachments have, meaning you can boost this gun’s damage range and recoil without worry. This gun's having a huge bullet count, fast fire rate, great mobility, and ADS speed makes this one of the greatest LMGs to use in any mode.

Chopper

  • The heavy handle makes this gun take the top spot on this list. That single attachment gives this gun so much mobility that it can compete with a lot of ARs without a problem.
  • Consistent damage from 5m-20m, adding attachments that increase range helps a lot, and adding the FMJ skill makes this gun really good on a lot of maps.
  • This LMG has better stats than most ARs in terms of fire rate, damage, mobility, and mag count.

2) UL736

The UL736 is the most consistent LMG in the game, in terms of damage and range, that is. This gun can kill enemies with 4-5 shots at 45m, making it have the strongest damage range stat in the LMG category. This gun can really dominate lobbies and, in the hands of someone with really good aim, this LMG could take the top spot any day.

(CoD Mobile UL736 gunsmith)

UL736

  • The damage of this gun remains consistent at 35m, dealing 33 damage to the upper body and 39 to the head. With its low initial horizontal recoil, you can be assured that the vertical recoil will help you get a headshot and possibly kill an enemy with 3 shots.
  • Has one of the fastest reload animations in the LMG category.
  • Base ADS speed is really good and doesn’t slow down that much with added attachments.

1. RPD

Two words, Unlimited Ammo. Yes, that’s right, the recent new attachment added to the RPD made it have unlimited ammo. This means that having the FMJ skill will let you spam walls for possible enemies and never have to deal with reloading, which gives you more time to reposition. Although this gun has some limitations, the advantage of unlimited ammo gives you a lot of room to work with.

(CoD Mobile RPD gunsmith)

RPD

  • The unlimited ammo attachment makes this gun scary to face. This can make a player easily lock down a site like B Site in Firing Range.
  • The damage is decent, but the main point of this gun is to fire continuously without giving the enemy space, and with the FMJ attachment, you can keep shooting even if they’re behind walls.
  • Not needing to reload lets you focus more on shooting enemies and repositioning yourself.
