5.Crawler:
Getting captured by Azazel and knocked out is a common occurrence. This game mechanic tends to hinder the players’ progress as they have to run over to their knocked out teammate and revive them. This is where this perk comes in.
Crawler details:
- This perk can only be useful during co-op games.
- Crawler increases the player’s movement speed by 100% while they’re knocked out.
- It costs only 1 Ritual Token to obtain.
What makes Crawler Great:
- Instead of the player being a liability and having their crew risk their lives to run over and revive them, this perk makes it much easier for the player to crawl over to them and get revived in safety.
- This perk is mostly helpful in “The Inn” map as the player has to crawl out of a cave maze after getting captured by the Spider. Crawler facilitates the player’s respawn in the least amount of time.
4. Long Sighted:
This perk is fantastic for starting players. It is cheap and can help them get accustomed to finding game items easily. Seeing that the game highlights practical items when the player approaches them, this perk further facilitates their discovery.

- Long Sighted costs only 1 Ritual Token
What makes Long Sighted Great:
- Thanks to this perk, the player would only have to reach any room’s door frame to discover any items inside, instead of walking inside and rummaging through the corners.
- Long Sighted highlights the items from far away. So, the player who’s being pursued won’t have to enter the room and search in order to acquire what they’re looking for. They can just sneak a peek while running past it.
3. Regeneration:
Seeing how obtainable it is , this perk is considered to be the most useful. Its use is optimal for all maps and can help the player escape all kinds of situations. However, it has to be used smartly.
Regeneration details:

- Regeneration does not work in Nightmare Mode.
- It costs 3 Ritual Tokens.
What makes Regeneration Great:
- This perk, when used wisely, guarantees the player to not be stranded without the protection of the UV charge.
- As the end-game approaches, Azazel will spawn more minions to hinder the player’s efforts. This will exhaust the UV light faster and leave the player without any defence against the Monster. That’s where Regeneration can come in handy.
2. Trapper:
This perk is particularly important to have when playing in “The Inn” map. Although it proves useful in other maps, it shines in “The Inn”. Although it seems costly, it can prove to be the player’s last resort in order to win the game.
Trapper details:
- When the player has finally completed the 9 out of 10 rituals. The last ritual item becomes highlighted.
- Trapper costs 5 Ritual Tokens.
What makes Trapper Great:
- When the last ritual item becomes highlighted, the player can easily locate it and initiate the last ritual. Thus winning the game before getting captured by Azazel.
- With each ritual completed, Azazel’s rage increases and with it the game’s difficulty. After completing 9 rituals, each minute counts and should not be wasted roaming aimlessly while looking for the last ritual item.
- This perk can relieve the player’s panic as it gives them a clear path to achieving their objective.
1. Evader:
This perk may seem expensive, but it’s totally worth it. It can be a total game changer and would become crucial to have especially in the end-game. It’s because the evil spirit would become faster than the player and would be able to catch up to them easily without it.
Evader details:
- Evader increases the player’s movement speed by 25%.
- This perk is only active when the player is being pursued by Azazel.
- It costs 5 Ritual Tokens.
Why Evader is Great:
- Evader allows the player to even out the playing field at the endgame. As the game progresses, Azazel becomes faster and faster, at which point he can easily gain distance on the player and catch them.
- Using this perk increases the player’s chances of completing the game.
- Evader is necessary if the player wants to solo the map. That way they won’t have to rely on someone else to distract the demon while they run away.
