1. Introduction & Story

Far Cry games have long been massive open-world affairs, with players able to do everything from driving different vehicles to flying around in wingsuits to hunting animals to completing side missions. All of those options, and more, are available to you as revolutionary guerrilla Dani Rojas in Far Cry 6. Indeed, the game is cluttered with systems, ranging from base-building to weapon modification to dispatching guerrilla teams on missions.

In Far Cry 6, You take control of Dani Rojas, a guerrilla warrior who is drawn into the conflict after two of her close friends are killed. Dani goes across Yara's island chains to recruit other guerrilla factions and spearhead a charge on the capital after joining Libertad in the war against Anton Castillo. They are aided by the Amigos from Far Cry 6 and other supporting characters such as Juan. Defending land against Anton Castillo's army, stealing government resources, and recruiting new guerrillas are just a few of the tasks available in Yara. Despite the game's appealing villain, Far Cry 6's narrative falls short of expectations, despite the game's explosive action.

While revolutionary stories in games are nothing new, they frequently follow a consistent narrative tone throughout the campaign. This cliché can sometimes secure the darker morals of revolutions, such as trading one ruler for another or losing the desire to fight. In Far Cry 6, Dani Rojas is forced to face loss, fury, and pain at the hands of Anton Castillo's brutal troops. This battle appears to be just at first glance, yet it takes players down a perplexing path of warped morals and psychotic carnage. Compromise is necessary for Libertad's influence to develop and for Yara to be controlled, but the game frequently fails to take itself seriously during these moments. Players have little option, so they just awkwardly laugh and smile along with the other players. Your choice is limited, forcing gamers to uncomfortably chuckle and smile with wacky characters that are excessively enthusiastic about murdering people.

Fortunately, the open-world fun of Far Cry 6 is as good as it has always been. Yara is both massive and astounding, with some of the most breath-taking vistas you're likely to see in any video game this year. Exploring feels intimidating and overwhelming at first, with so much to discover - and after a small tutorial island, the game lets you go pretty much wherever you want - but once you strike out, you'll quickly discover it's all pretty similar to other Far Cry games. There are checkpoints to complete, hostages to rescue from the side of the road, and collectibles to find and cross off your long list - mechanically, the framework is nearly identical. Depending on who you are, this may come as a relief or a disappointment. Many players enjoy the familiar Far Cry grind, while others may have hoped for a change in the formula.

3. Graphics

The Graphics in this game are amazing, with the new engine’s updates and the introduction of Ray tracing the game looks beautiful even on Consoles, with multiple performance modes that are enough for every type of gamer.

4. Gameplay

For anyone who has already played a Far Cry game, the gameplay is nearly identical to what you've come to expect. The designers at Ubisoft want you to feel strong, like a badass, so they've learned about the mayhem, explosions, and enormous, crazy combat. As a result, Far Cry 6 is a lot of fun as an open-world sandbox. However, as a result of this, Far Cry 6 has lost a lot of the suspense of prior games in terms of plot. The island you're on is divided into areas inhabited by military commanders (similar to Far Cry 5), to recruit rebels in each location before invading Esperanza, which houses Castillo and his cronies.

5.  Ai     (Artificial Intelligence)

The Ai’s in this game are similar to the ones from Far Cry 5, they can be a little bit off sometimes, but they are getting the job done.

6. Guns

The weapon diversity is acceptable, but what I like more is how you earn the majority of them. As you explore the island, you may come across spots that may contain a secret cache of stuff, including a new weapon. This allows you to build a new arsenal at your leisure. You may explore the island for the most part early on, but certain locations have higher Rank Requirements, which is preferably your level. You can try your luck if you're feeling brave, but don't be surprised if you get annihilated. Most of my journey has been spent being cautious.

The new enhanced weaponry known as "Supremo" is one of the game's most distinctive innovations. These are developed by one of the major supporting characters, and to acquire them, you must complete side quests to find depleted uranium. The Supremo is a special talent that requires you to fill a meter while you play and delivers you a range of benefits.

The first Supremo is a big backpack that launches rockets and can assist in taking out a Tank, Helicopter, or various anti Cannons that would take a long time to destroy with ordinary guns. Another purchase I made allows you to jump in the air and unleash a wall of fire to take out your adversaries.

Customization is another component of the weapon system that has evolved. This time around, you have what is known as "Resolver" weaponry. These are very lethal weapons that may be made with things discovered on the island and additional Uranium. These weapons resemble those seen in Far Cry 5. There are over 50 guns in the game, and characteristics such as suppressors and sights may still be customized. Like previously, you can personalize almost anything, including your automobiles.

7. Technical Issues

When it comes to PC optimization, Far Cry 6 is a mixed bag. The game is nicely optimized for the GPU. The game provides several visual choices for PC players to experiment with, as well as extra tools such as AMD's FidelityFX Super Resolution to enable further performance scaling. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the CPU. And on Consoles apart from some minor launch problems, there are no major problems with all the versions.

8. Is better than Far cry 5?

Far Cry 6 improves on its predecessor in a variety of ways, and it addresses one of the most serious faults of Far Cry 5. The new title alters several gameplay features while retaining the general feel and familiarity that fans of the Far Cry series have come to expect. Some of the changes, such as how the story missions go, actually restore Far Cry 6 to previously acclaimed gameplay possibilities.

Far Cry 6 is an upgrade over its predecessor in general. However, several modifications appear to be a step back from Far Cry 5, such as the inability to create from the weapon wheel. Specific bullets for various sorts of opponents might appear less tiresome if players could create and alter the bullets from the weapon wheel, however, in Far Cry 6, players must craft and select their ammo at a workshop. These adjustments, however, are minor in comparison to the flaws that plagued Far Cry 5.

9. Conclusion

Far cry 6 is a solid entry in the franchise and in a conclusion, the game has something for almost any gamer who craves action and adventure and doesn't mind having the majority of their interactions with others take place down the barrel of a gun. If you're searching for a new game to play this may be the one. But I strongly recommend waiting for a good sale.

10. Gamer’s opinion

The Community opinion about this game is very mixed. Some people expected more change for the franchise, others believe that the formula is still working, but the one thing that everyone agrees on is that the graphics are beautiful and the Island of Yara is fun to explore.
