Chivalry: Medieval Warfare is an online first person game that takes you back to the medieval days of old. Siege castles and raid villages online with friends in skill based combat and choose from over 50 weapons as you do so. Lush environments and daunting forts surround you in this tense PvP arena.
Highly armoured and deadly with a blade, Knights in Chivalry: Medieval Warfare control the battlefield. An RPG inspired by the hit TV show Game of Thrones. Experience fantasy life in Westeros as you play through two original stories based on the Song of Ice and Fire books by George RR Martin.

For Honor sets three rival factions against one another - Knights, Samurai and Vikings. As we’re only interested in the Knights, we will forget the other two for now.
Knights in For Honor are strong and defensive killing machines. Mordhau is an upcoming online multiplayer game, with a strong focus on fluid medieval melee combat. The game features deep customisation and fun competitive gameplay. Your skills will matter more than your gaming rig here as Mordhau aims for a realistic approach to medieval combat. You won’t find a story here, but you will find yourself wanting to be that unstoppable force of a Knight in full armour.

13. Elder Scrolls Online (Dragon Knight Class)
Elder Scrolls Online wouldn’t typically be the place you’d go for your Knightly needs. But with the Dragon Knight class available, not only is it in the name, but it lets your live the title too.
A skilful master-at-arms, the Dragon Knight class is heavily armoured and excels in melee combat. Whether high elf or wood elf, the Dragon Knight class welcomes you - if you have the skill for it.

12. Kingdom Come: Deliverance
Kingdom Come: Deliverance is about as close to going back to the 1400s as you can get. It’s a story driven RPG open world game, which aims to immerse you in an adventure of a lifetime. The game has great graphics and the first person combat system is easy and accessible to new players. This RPG lets you don heavy armour and ride your stallion through the lands of medieval Europe.
Knights come in all shapes and sizes in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, with a whole range of diverse options to deck out your Knight with. Ride around the open world, and engage in some intense medieval combat.

11. Lord of the Fallen
Lords of the Fallen is an action-RPG based in a medieval fantasy world. You play Harkyn, a man with a troubled past. Leaving everything behind, Harkyn now spends his time banishing evil from the world.
There are three classes to choose from in Lords of the Fallen, one of which is the Knight-like Warrior class. Focusing on melee and heavy armour, the Warrior class is powerful and really gives you the feeling of being a walking meat shield.

10. Rogue Legacy
Rogue Legacy is a 2D roguelike platform game. With a sense of humour about this title, Rogue Legacy has you jump and dodge your way through multiple levels. When your character dies, your character's child succeeds him and continues the mission - hence the ‘Legacy’ in the title.
There are more than 8 classes to choose from and each has their own unique abilities. Have your family’s name spoken through the ages as you and your offspring conquer dungeons that only Knights could.

9. Warhammer: End Times Vermintide (Empire soldier class)
Warhammer: End Times Vermintide is set in the fantasy tabletop world of the Warhammer franchise. The objective here is to make your way through various levels. All with the help of a few companinions and all in the midst of a horde of angry rat-like creatures known as Skaven.
The Empire soldier class in Vermintide has all the hallmarks of a Knight. This class lets you slam heavy weapons into Rats faces and defend yourself against an incoming horde. Strength and honour are your allies with this class.

In Ryse: Son of Rome, your follow the epic story of a Roman soldier and his journey through Europe. With fantastic graphics and a reactive combat system, Ryse can give you a taste of what life must have been like in the legions.
The Roman Commander class in Ryse whilst not a Knight in the traditional sense is about as close as you can get in Rome. Heavily armoured and an expert in melee combat – it never felt so good to impale your enemies.

The huge MMO Black Desert Online lets you live out another life in an online fantasy world. Fish, fight and build as you spend your days grinding yourself a piece of this new world.
The Dark Knight Class in Black Desert Online is strong, quick, ruthless and unforgiving. Her heavy swings and rock solid defence make taking on mobs a fun time. If you want to play this game solo, this is the class you use. Let them try and penetrate your armour; you’ve got a sword waiting for them if they do.

The Guardian class in Bless Online is known as the protector of the empire. Excelling at tactics and melee combat, this imperial heavy infantry unit can withstand even the heaviest of attacks.

5. Dark Souls 3
Journey into a unique fantasy world filled with horrifyingly difficult enemies and equally great challenges. Dark Souls 3 is just as difficult as the games that came before it, and that’s not an understatement. This game is not for the faint-hearted.
With sword and shield in hand, you can take on the world as a Knight in Dark Souls 3. Equip yourself with heavy armour and sword and shield, because you’ll need it. In Dark Souls 3, you’re going to die… a lot. That’s something you’ll have to live with. Good luck.

Pirates, Vikings, and Knights II sets three factions against each other. I don’t think I need to tell you what those factions are, so I'll get right to the details. Fun, action based combat in which you conquer your foes on tropical islands.
With a whole range of classes to choose from the Knights side of the fence, Pirates, Vikings, and Knights II lets you step away from a traditional Knight in some ways. Sword, axes or guns are all at your disposal as you fight for the Knights and fend off those pesky Pirates.

Hellraid a first person Co-Op hack and slash adventure set in a medieval fantasy world. Create your own unique demon slayer and team up with friends as you crawl through dungeons vanquishing the undead.
Not so much a Knight in shining armour here, but more of one in blood stained armour. Hellraid lets you create and customise your own character, so expect to play the gritty, veteran Knight you’ve always wanted to.

Tiger Knight: Empire War is an epic PvP game where you control a character in a large-scale war. Set deep in Chinese history, Tiger Knight: Empire War accurately takes you into the field of battle as you defend checkpoints and rally your men.
