Typically you’ll have a bunch of other ruthless squads landing on the supply ship with you, trying to grab that juicy loot before you. While the supply ships usually have a lot of high tier loot, its super small and there’s barely any cover. The key to succeed at looting supply ships is making sure you’re one of the first squads to land on the ship and quickly snag the nearest weapon you can find. Supply ships are high risk - high reward. If you really want that sweet loot, be prepared to fight for it!

There’s a respawn station near the front of Artillery which will get you and your squad back into the fight and reclaim your hard earned loot in no time at all. Hot Zones are similar to supply ships in that they provide high quality loot, but instead of landing on a ship you’re going to be landing at a random place on the map. This area has high tier loot and possibly gold attachments or, better yet, a gold fully kitted weapon! Gold weapons are rare to find in Apex. Hot zones have a much greater chance to pick yourself up a nice gold weapon, with all the attachments you could ever want already on it. A lot of people are going to be gunning for these hot zones, but you’ll have a lot more room, cover, and ways to go obtaining this loot than you would on supply ships.
