Feeling hungry yet?
Food items are an easy way to gain a temporary stat boost, which often come in handy during extreme trials or those trickier dungeon boss fights. This guide lays out ten of the best food buffs in Final Fantasy 14 at the moment, what ingredients are needed to make them, and their selling prices on the Marketboard. All of the food items on this list were introduced in the Shadowbringers patches and add an 8% boost to all three of the stats they target. To get the most out of these food buffs, it’s best to use them on higher stats in order to hit the max cap level. Like all other food items, only one effect of a meal can be active at a time, and they also boost EXP gain by 3%. Effects last for 30 minutes, but they can be extended by eating another portion.
