Something characteristic about Genshin Impact’s characters is that they can use different elements. We have Electro, Cryo, Pyro, Hydro…
But today, we’re going to talk about Anemo! One of the most useful and underrated elements!
If you think Anemo is useful and does nothing, check this article first and rethink it because you’ll change your mind. Let’s start!
5. Sucrose
Sucrose is an alchemist of Mondstat specializing in bio-alchemy and the assistant of Albedo, head alchemist of the Knights of Favonius.
She’s an Anemo Catalyst character and even if you can use her as a Sub DPS, Support is her main role. You might think she’s useless just because she’s a 4✫ character, but we’ll change your mind.
- Her basic attacks deal Anemo DMG. This is something useful when you have to recollect dandelions or for some daily quests.
- Sucrose’s Elemental Skill creates a small Wind Spirit that pulls opponents and deals AoE Anemo DMG.
- Her Elemental Burst creates a Large Wind Spirit that continuously pulls in surrounding opponents and deals Anemo DMG.
- When the Wind Spirit of her Elemental Skill and Burst come into contact with other elements (except Geo), it’ll deal additional elemental DMG of that type.
4. Jean
Jean’s goal is to protect Mondstat so she’s always busy working on that. She’s an Anemo Sword character whose main role is Healer, but she can be a Sub DPS too since her ability kit is very flexible.
- Jean’s normal attacks have a 50% chance to regenerate all party members’ HP equal to 15% of her attack.
- Her Elemental Skill releases a miniature storm that launches opponents in the direction she aims at and deals Anemo DMG.
- Jean creates a Dandelion Field with her Elemental Burst that launches surrounding opponents and deals Anemo DMG. It restores all party members’ HP.
3. Venti
Venti is the current mortal vessel of Barbatos, the Anemo Archon. He’s a wine-loving bard that lives in Mondstat and hs joyful personality charms everyone, even Paimon.
He’s an Anemo Bow character and his role as a Support is perfect. If you’re currently saving for him, let us give you more reasons to pull for his banner!
- Venti summons a Wind Domain with his Elemental Skill that deals AoE Anemo DMG and launches opponents into the air.
- If you hold his Elemental Skill, Venti can ride the wind into the air.
- His Elemental Burst creates a huge Stormeye that sucks in opponents and deals continuous Anemo DMG. If it comes into contact with other elements (except Geo), it’ll deal additional elemental DMG of that type.
2. Kazuha
Kaedehara Kazuha is a wandering samurai of the once-famed Kaedehara Clan and a temporary crewmember of The Crux. He’s a really good friend to Beidou and he usually travels in her ship to visit Liyue.
He’s an Anemo Sword character whose main role is support, but some people use him as a DPS, can you believe it? They’re insane.
- Kazuha’s Elemental Skill deals AoE Anemo DMG and lifts him into the air.
- If you’re in the air after you use his Elemental Skill and use a plunging attack, you’ll deal Anemo DMG again.
- Kazuha’s Elemental Burst summons Autumn Whirlwind and deals AoE Anemo DMG. If it comes into contact with other elements (except Geo), it’ll deal additional elemental DMG of that type.
1. Xiao
We’re finally here! We present to you everyone’s favourite Anemo character: Xiao!
Xiao is an Adeptus, whose original name is Alatus, and the only known remaining member of the five Yakshas dispatched by Morax (or Zhongli). He resides in Wangshu Inn and loves food.
- He’s an Anemo Polearm character and his role is DPS. Xiao is also one of the best Genshin Impact’s DPS, alongside Hu Tao, Ayaka, or Ganyu.
- Xiao lunges forward with his Elemental Skill and deals Anemo DMG to opponents in his path. It can be used in mid-air.
- His Elemental Burst increases his jumping ability, his attack AoE and DMG, and converts attack DMG into Anemo DMG.
Genshin Impact is full of amazing characters and elements, but we showed you the best Anemo characters.
Now that you read this, you can rethink if Anemo is useless or not. We’re sure that you changed your mind and now it’s one of your favourite elements!
