Vladimir, a bloodthirsty demon, has been involved in Noxus's politics since the beginning of the empire.
His mastery of hemomancy not only enables him to artificially prolong his life, but also to exert complete control over the brains and bodies of whomever he chooses.
This allowed him to create a cult of personality among the Noxian upper class and in the lowest back alleys it allowed him to drain his adversaries dry.
This article is how to best place Vladimir in TFT making sure you get to the 1st place.
Go ahead, be negative. You'll be just my type.
Vladimir from Noxus is a master of ancient, forbidden sorcery. He was present at the dawn of the empire, and has woven his influence deep into its foundations.
His mind is mortal, and most of his unnaturally extended life endures not in his memory, but in his chronicles. The art of hemomancy has found a place in the military and among the scions of the old aristocracy.
As a new, darker conflict is about to start, Vladimir drinks deeply from the empire's renewed strength.
This group grew into a secret power that ran the throne of Noxus for more than a thousand years and ran many of the empire's most ambitious campaigns.
Uniquely among the leaders of the Black Rose, Vladimir has rarely limited himself to scheming from the shadows.
To him, this life is a mere revelry, a masquerade spanning centuries, and the prologue to greatness—for though the darkin eventually fought amongst themselves and lost their immortal grip on the world, Vladimir knows he is strongest alone.

Best comps for Vladimir
3) ASTRAL MAGES
As long as you are the only one playing astral, this combo is one of the cheapest ways to achieve 3-star champions.
Having Lux as the backline's primary damage dealer is safe since Sylas and Skarner are two bruising defenders who can take a lot of damage.
Best team for this build:
1-Lux is the major source of damage for the rear lines; hence, she is always stationed on the opposite side of the enemy's carry.
2-Sylas: He can shield the squad from harm if you put him in the front lines by himself, wearing a gargoyle's stone plate.
3-Skarner, team up with his sibling Sylas to become a bruising pair. Who might bestow upon them an increase in HP and an additional point in the Astral trait.
4-Because he shares qualities with Lux, Vladimir is an excellent option. Magician and Astral.
5-As Nidalee's health rose, she would be able to absorb more damage without dying, and her astral trait would rise.
6-Varus: He only contributes to the astral characteristic, but his swiftshot feature allows him to inflict significant damage from the back lines.
7-Zoe is a five-cost mage that can do harm and defend the squad with her skills as she transitions between them.
8-Taliyah is a 1-cost Mage that, after you reach level 9, may be swapped out for Lillia or Sohm, turning it into a 5-Mage trait.
2) ASTRAL SHIFTERS
With the exception of Jayce, no one in this competition has a higher gold total than 4 (making it a slow reroll to bring everyone to 3 stars).
You should focus on carrying Lux and Varus equipment as often as possible.
Best team for this build:
1-As a Mage, you rely on Lux to do the bulk of your damage from the safety of the support position.
2-As an Astral, you should look for Vaurs as your secondary ball carrier out of the backfield.
3-As a Shapeshifter, Nidalee not only has more health than average, but she is also capable of doing significant damage.
4-Skarner is a solid frontline tank, as is his bruising sibling, Sylas.
5-Sylas, with his Mage and Bruiser tendencies, is a great choice.
6-group that Vladimir is involved in is a trio of 3 Mages, allowing them to perform their spells twice.
7-Since she is a Shapeshifter, Jayce is a massive tank up front.
1) ASTRAL DRAGON
Until all Astral champions are upgraded to level 3, this reroll comp will go at a glacial pace.
If you're the only one in the game playing Astral, you'll have a significant advantage and may start out with a few wins.
When all of them reach level 3, you'll start receiving Aurelion Sol, the game's late-game damage catalyst.
Aurelion Sol would be unstoppable if you gave him a Mage emblem.
Best team for this build:
1-If Aurelion Sol was a Mage, the game would be over quickly since he does so much damage as the Astral dragon in the late game.
2-With her Cosmic spark as the major source of damage for the back lines, Lux is stationed on the other side of the enemy's carry.
3-Sylas in charge of defending the squad while wearing a gargoyle's stone plate.
4-Skarner: Making the pair a bruiser with his brother Sylas would provide them with more HP and add an extra point to their astral characteristic.
5-Vladimir is the best option since he shares two of Lux's attributes (Mage and Astral) with her.
6-Nidalee's ability to shapeshift would enhance her damage resistance with increasing health, and her astral characteristic would rise by one.
7-Varus: Despite just adding to the astral trait, he can deliver substantial damage from the backlines because of his swiftshot feature.
